baby photos
This is baby Molly. Sweet little thing that I got to photograph last week.

And some of you have asked what my set-up is for photo shoots. This is it. Super high-tech, eh? I get really great lighting in the later afternoon on the back side of our home. So I hang an old, white sheet from a couple of hooks that David screwed in, under our roof. And that's it.

she's a sweetie. and as I try to say: go with what works.
What a great tip. I struggle to get good natural light inside the house. And love the pictures...so beautiful.
Great photos, as always Becky! Hope the family is doing great!
What kind of sheet do you use. I bought one awhile ago and it was so thin you could see everything behind it. I was able to use it by doubling it up but my kids are too big now to do that. Thanks

thanks for the great tip. the baby photo's are gorgeous
what a sweet baby, and what a great idea about the sheet!!
Thanks for sharing your photography setup. I am a total beginner when it comes to taking pictures. Can you help answer this question: Where do you prefer the light to shine on your sheet? Behind or in front?
Thanks!

I'm going to be in the Phoenix area next week and I'm totally planning on making a trip to Razmataz. Can you recommend a good scrapbook store to visit in the area?
Those are precious pictures!! Thanks for sharing your photo tips :)
Totally unrelated to your post:
I got my copy of Best of Becky Higgins Sketches for Scrapbooking in the mail today. I'm already in my pajamas, hot tea in one hand, book in the other, heading to cuddle up and get inspired. I can't thank you enough for signing it for me. Your kindness and grace are evident in everything you do, including inscribe a book to a stranger.
Thank you.
Natalie
