calendar download

Thank you for your feedback about the card kit. You guys are awesome.

If you got your January issue of Creating Keepsakes, you may have seen my "Snow Day Survival Kit" feature. Fun projects for you & the kids on a homebound day. One of the projects I did was this big clipboard, which can hold art or calendar pages or whatever you want. See the article on p. 73 for more details.

Go here to download the 2008 calendar pages (it's FREE) ... even if you use them for something other than the big clipboard idea. : )

Hi Becky,
I don't think my other post went thru so sorry if it did & I'm writing again. Anyway, I just want to thank you for sharing your christmas album (video #9). I have been scrapping since Monday and only have 5 years to go. Christmas with my husband started in 1992 and had wonderful time together. I'm rushing this to show our family during our party next week.
I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR GIVING ME INSPIRATION TO SO THIS. I put the pictures to highlight our holiday for that year. I scrapbook chronologically like you so it was easy for me to pull out the pictures except the old ones, I have to scan instead of looking for the negatives. I can't wait for my family to see our wonderful christmas memories. LOVE YOUR KOTM. I send one to my friend in NY & she'll let me know if she got it before I send the rest.
God Bless You for sharing your talent to us.
Grace C.

So cute!!!

I had a question about your hybrid CHristmas cards. I'm trying something like this and wondered, did you just get them developed as "matte" pictures? Does it seem a weird weight (the picture paper as cards?)

Thanks for your fun blog and great ideas!

Hello Becky! I just had to take the time to thank you for posting your recipe for Pretzel Hugs some months back. I am a middle school teacher and I teach two classes of Foods to Grades 6 and 7. I just finished making them with both of my classes and they LOVED them! Many of them have already made them at home and are so proud to have found an idea that they can make for people for Christmas gifts this year. It was very exciting to hit on something they loved so much! Thanks a million for such a great idea!

Love the clipboard! You are so great! I found a great site in Canada that has your albums, am I allowed to share it here? It is awesome, and they are so great!

On a totally unrelated note, I wanted to ask if you would consider sharing any more of your "When I was a kid" scrapbook that was in the book you and Lisa did together. I love that book and was hoping to see more of it than what was published. Thanks for all you do!

Thanks-
Jane

Hi Becky - Enjoying the card kits. I'm using them for all our cards so bought 140. I'm also on a business trip right now and working on them in a hotel room. In the future, it would help to know what tools we would need to complete the kits and how many pieces there are to assemble per kit. For example "...this card has six brads, two pieces of vellum and requires no adhesive." I didn't open the kits before I packed and hauled a bunch of adhesive with that I didn't need (if I were more prepared I would've done a kit in advance, but this is a crazy time of year)!

Also - anything you can do to help improve the CK ordering and delivery process would be super helpful. That seems to be a very broken process. There's never been any accurate shipping information available; there seems to be an inordinately long delay in between ordering and getting things to the warehouse; but most maddening is the fact that customer service reps have no information at all to help us know when we're receiving things we ordered from CK. I ordered your kit promptly on 1 Nov and didn't receive my package for three and a half weeks. Hope this is a part of the CK overhaul...love the new Jan issue btw.

Love your style and thanks for all your hard work for this craft!

Becky,

I LOVE your card kit and last year’s Christmas card kit by Lisa B. (QVC). I wish I could buy only certain cards in quantity. As much as I love the kit, it’s a little stressful deciding which card to send which person/family. I usually send out about 75 cards.

HELP! I'm interested in cooking your chicken noodle casserole. Which Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix are you speaking of? I only found a 14 oz bag of country style stuffing by PF. Is that the one?
