Danielle (a "disappointed customer" in Australia - you know who you are) ... will you please e-mail me at bhiggins@ckmedia.com? I have no way to e-mail you.
41 cents to mail your card? no. try 58. seriously, two different post offices in the houston area said that they are too bumpy for the lower rate. wish i would have known that before i bought your cards.
I was able to mail the card for 41 cents - I did weigh it at home before sending to make sure that I had not added too much to the card myself. No problem for me and I thought they were adorable :-)
it was not because of the weight, it was because of the bumpiness. i hope your cards make it to their destination...it would stink if you got them sent back for insufficient funds.
I sent out 80 and they all went for 41 cents with no problem. I added a picture and a a little note and used all of the brads...sorry you had issues! Seems like a weird post office thing more than anything else.
Just as a random third party here Becky...sorry people are geting displeased with YOU about this. It was obvious to me in your other posts that you were honest and genuine about all the information you had about your cards. Merry Christmas!
who else are we supposed to be displeased with? she's the one that created the cards. she's the one that promoted them. that's great that other people got away with the 41 cent stamp, but i didn't. on a positive note, i've gotten 8 or 9 phone calls from people that received the cards in the mail and they loved them. so the extra postage was worth it.
I didn't have to pay the extra postage since they fit in the "regular rate" slot (when they measure/weight the cards) ~ but this was in Ontario, Canada.
The cards weren't heavier or too bulky and everyone LOVED them!!!!
Thank you so much for the great cards Becky :)
* the only bummer part about it was the shipping for me...it took almost 6 weeks, but CK e-mailed me...so I was fine about it!
Hi Becky. I am a HUGE fan of your work. I was really interested in trying to make the favorite recipe 4x6 album featured in the November (2007) issue of Creating Keepsakes. I downloaded it from their site, but am unable to open it in the format it is currently in. Are you able to send me the link in a different format? My brother is a computer programmer and spent over an hour trying to get to it, but said it won't work on his system or mine. Help! Thanks much!
Hi Becky, Two quick questions - What albums do you use? I was watching one of your video clips and liked the spiral effect. And...I was trying to download the free font and I'm not sure how to get it into my font folder. Any suggestions? I'm obviously a little computer challenged at times. It saved under my documents.

I am having a problem with the PDF for the time capsule. Am I doing something wrong, or is it something else?
