holiday card kit INSTRUCTIONS

Sorry guys. You're right -- no instructions included in the kit. The cards are so not complicated, so I'm confident everyone will be just fine. But I know how helpful it is to have a little instruction so here's what didn't make it into the kits (feel free to click on this and print it out for your handy dandy reference):

And, even better, here's a little video instruction. It always makes more sense seeing someone else put it together, doesn't it? PS - Could this freeze frame be any more attractive? Seriously.

The video cut off too quickly at the end, sorry. To finish, just adhere the band to itself and slip it on the card bundle and you're done! So easy.

Hi Becky:

Thank you very much for the instructions, I think I got it. I am very much a visual person, so I appreciate the videos and the pictures.

I absolutely love this kit.

P.S. Love your hair. You have the best hair styles, cut and color.

Thank you again for everything.

Becky - you're gonna crack up at this question but what font did you use on your sample newsletter? I love it. It is simple and easy to read. It is the perfect font for journaling, I think. Do you know the name? Thanks!

Becky, the cards are beautiful! And it was so considerate of you to do a how-to video for us! That's why we love you!!

Just curious, why has the video quality of your movies changed? Seems like the videos are harder to see (quality isn't as clear as it used to be).

Thanks again!

Hi Becky,

I just heard about your new book with Shutterfly and I was wondering if you were going to show more in detail the complete baby book on your blog.

I am completing my kids school year book and I am so pleased with it. The kids will love to look at this and reflect. Are you going to release another one, I am missing one for my son.

Have a great weekend!

I'm at work, so I can't measure my cards right now, but do you know what size that photograph is on the sample?

Yes I to have had the worst time. I Pre-ordered on the 10/20 so when you said they will ship on 4-5 and no comformation came I called they said they wont ship tell the end of the week. So on the 10th when I still had no comformation I called again. The Lady said oh yea its on it way. Funny today I called and they cant find my order. Even thought I hvae the pre order #. The last guy I talked to was nice the the 1st 2 were very rude. So much for getting them out by Dec 1st.

I got my cards right after my card was charged. I had to call customer service to ask a question about my invoice and the person was great! Totally helpful and answered my question.

Did anyone else notice that the clear transparency half circles have a protective coating on them that needs to be peeled off?

Becky, you need to check into the confusion with your Holiday Card KOTM deliveries because the lost orders and terrible customer service are not up to your standards nor Creating Keepsakes. I have been a long time Creating Keepsakes and Becky Higgins fan, both purchasing items and attending CKU. I have never blogged about anything ever, but felt this needed to be brought to your attention as it appears I am not isolated in this frustration.

I pre-ordered two sets of KOTM Holiday Cards in late October. By the third week of November I still didn't have any cards. On Wed Nov 19th I called the Customer Service line provided and was told my order didn't exist and a supervisor would call me back. I never heard from anybody on Wed nor early Thurs. On Thurs. afternoon I once again called the Customer Service line provided. I explained what was going on and was told that there has been a change of supplier and some pre-orders were lost. I was told that the supervisor would personally place my order to ship immediately and would send an email confirmation to my account. He took all my information, including my credit card number and security code. It is now Monday, Nov. 24th and I have not received a confirmation about my order and could not find anyone in the Customer Service department who knew about my order. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Customer Service being transferred around and once again was told the supervisor, Stephanie, would call me. I am completely dumbfounded and have no visibility on when an order will be placed or when I will receive the cards.

I having been looking forward to this KOTM and am extremely disappointed by the process--a process that usually runs smoothly. This is definitely not up to your typically high standards.

I too had a difficult time getting my pre ordered Card Kit. I didn't get it until a week ago. I also called several times and was charged five different time amounts different from my total. That was a bummer but I finally did get my card kit and do love it. My wonderful hubby helped me get all the cards together and I took them off to mail today.

This was where I incountered another problem. Becky, you had said that with all the card put together it could be shipped regular shipping but I had to pay .17 cents more than the regular .42 cents. Luckly I had the mail lady check to see if they would be alright or they all would have come back to me! Really bummed to find that out. I am just glad I only ended up doing just one kit. Could you check on the shipping next time.
