great gift idea

Taking some of our favorite fudge to a few friends & neighbors and I'm thinking I need to do this FAST before I dig in and eat it all myself. Love this stuff (you can find the recipe here).

Speaking of gifts, some of you have mentioned that you want to give the gift of Project 365 this holiday season. GREAT idea! So here's the deal: Since it doesn't actually go on sale until Jan. 1 (no pre-orders, sorry) ... here is a beauty shot of the whole kit. Print this out, wrap it up, and put it under the tree or hand it to a loved one. This is great for scrapbookers OR non-scrapbookers who wish they scrapbooked. : )

The cost of this priceless gift? Under $40. Now, that's merry.

Oh, and I know you're wondering how you start this album with the New Year when you won't have the kit yet. No worries. I'll be back in touch to tell you how.

Becky,
OOOHHH I LOVE IT!!! This kit is the BEST! And I have almost all your kit.Sadly, no pre-order. But,I cannot contain myself right now. I just told my husband that he has to make sure we have a wifi in our hotel room otherwise he has to find a way for me to be in front of the pc on Jan. 1. YUP! This is my birthday! And I would be so happy if I get this kit. Thank You for the info. Now, 1 more question. What time will it be on sale? Just want to make sure.

Hey Becky,

My question is this. It sounds like you plan on going this route with your family albums from here on out. You obviously will have access to as many kits/page protectors as you want. However, most people can't buy enough to last them for the years to come all at once so are these going to be available for a long time or are you going to offer a new kit with the same concept each year?

Thanks,
Emily

Hello--

Loved the article about the 365 project in the CK. So intrigued by it. Great sample photos in the magazine of different ways to use it. BUT most (99.9%) of the pics I take are vertical, not horizontal. (I'm hoping it's a sign of an upright nature, not an uptight one!). Will the kit work for vertical photos?
Thank you. Warm Christmas wishes to you and yours.

So, what happens if I "give" this gift to people, and it sells out before I can get enough? Please tell me they're making a ton of these since there's no pre-orders this time!!! (I won't be able to get on the internet until the 3rd of Jan...which makes me nervous that they'll all be sold out!)

Hi Becky!
This kit looks awesome!! I first saw it featured in the magazine and have been checking your blog daily for updates. I cannot wait to get this kit!! I am also curious about whether to buy multiple kits now, or is this a kit that will be available for a while? I love this concept (like all of your kits:) but like Emily above asked, will you offer a new kit with the same concept each year? That would be awesome!!
Thanks for creating such wonderful kits!!

I am also so excited about this kit. I cannot wait to buy it and get started. I am still going to be continuing with my family albums though, unless of course you promise to bring out a new 365 kit every year ; ) I purchased multiples of all of your kits and I love this one as well. Thanks Becky !!

This kit is perfect. I had decided to do some "photo album" scrapbooking this year to really speed things up. I understand the 365 concept and would've jumped at that 5-10 years ago when all my kids were at home, but.... for those of us "empty nesters", can you give ideas to maybe scrap some of the past years. I know others who read the blog will have great ideas - would love to hear them from anyone....

My question is...if I like this, which I know this will be my new favorite thing, then I will want to do it every year...is this your plan for your family scrapbooks for just this year or from now aon and maybe I should buy several kits?

What time New Year's day, internet traffic jam coming up. Will this be a free for all like Black Friday. :o(

I will need these in mass quantities, as my girl Ami, is getting married this year, best friend, Pamalita is getting into photo journalism, and I just opened a home day care. I will be so sad if there is not enough of these to go around. :o(

This takes scrapping to a whole new level. It is the Bill Gates idealogy.

Love the kit. It looks great. Since I have to wait for it I made the fudge. Yummmmm-oooohhh! My friends loved it too. We used the hershey's chocolate peppermint candy canes and broke them up. It was wonderful. Thanks for sharing. BEtween that and the taco soup which I whipped up it makes waiting for the kit more bearable. - Rose in VA
