I’m sharing the left page, the right page, and the page of labels. I’m giving you the pdf version, which is ready to print, as well as the Pages version, which can be edited as long as you have Pages on your Mac (similar to Word for a PC). Sorry, no Word version. I’m a Mac girl. But you can always create your own sheet of captions by creating text boxes or however you want to do it.
PS – The larger boxes are for 4″ x 6″ photos and the smaller ones can be 3″ x 4″ photos (or a little smaller).
