give the gift of Project Life
Gift-giving is on most of our minds right now. I'd like to offer a suggestion, or rather, a shameless plug. : )
Project Life is an awesome gift. Why such awesome-ness? Because it's a solution. It saves time. It's the non-scrapbookers' way to create a scrapbook without scrapbooking. It's the scrapbookers' way of getting back on track to do something with their photos instead of letting months and years go by, feeling "behind" and guilty. And ... it's the right price.
The actual Project Life kit will not be under anyone's Christmas tree this coming month. It's simply not possible. BUT. It'll arrive just a little after. I'm pretty sure that the recipient(s) of your choice will still be stoked to know that Project Life will be arriving at their front door a week or two later.
So this is what you can do: Print this picture and put it in an envelope or wrap it up in a small package. Print this JPG just like you would print any digital picture, whether on your regular printer, a photo printer, or at a photo-printing shop. Here's a 4" x 6" and a 5" x 7" so you can choose your print size.
4" x 6":

5" x 7":

Hope this helps with your holiday shopping. Go HERE for all Project Life details & ordering.

This is great! I just wish it was the digital scrapbooking version so I could forward it to my Hubby to be under my tree for me.
What an awesome idea -- just sent it to my mom, who will no doubt love the simplicity! Thanks for the "present" pictures, they are perfect. I can't wait to receive mine and share all the fun with my mom!
I am so excited---I ordered 4 kits: one for myself, one for each of my sisters, and my best friend. We get together often and scrapbook but all go through phases of falling behind. I think it will be so awesome that all 4 of us are working on this. Can't wait to see how unique each one turns out! Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks, Becky!!! I'll send this link to my family. This is at the top of my list...and my b-day is next week! I'm still wondering what the difference is between Project Life and 365. I missed out on 365 last year and almost succumbed to the pressure of Ebay (YIKES), but am just curious how you view the difference! Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks! I ordered one for my sister as a gift (and myself, of course) and she will be so excited to open this and see everything she'll be getting! Can I tell you how excited I am about this?!!!!
I soooo want to order Project Life but I just can't afford the shipping fees to Switzerland. It's so hard having a hobby that is still so small in this country. I love the idea of Project Life as before with Project 365, so I guess that I am going to have to get creative and make my own kit with what I have. :)
Happy Thanksgiving!!
Hi Becky,
how far away is the digital verson? It's pretty much all I want for Christmas! Thanks heaps :)
Thanks - I ordered one for my sister (who loved mine last year) and now I have a great picture to print and wrap. I look forward to both of ours arriving!!!
Yip! I ordered 5!
I think getting the Project Life image is similiar to getting a gift card-and we all like gift cards. This one just keeps "Giving" long after the holiday has passed.
Ialso like it that there has been time between my paydays, so that I still have time to get more ordered. Having said that, I hope that your orders give you hope for a successful product. I hope word of mouth makes this a great season for you. You deserve it.
Happppy Thanksgiving Higgins family.
I already have mine ordered (2: one for me and one for my sister)...I didn't want to take the chance of you running out!! Too cool to pass up!
This is an awesome idea...the picture print out for the gift! LOVE IT
Thank you so much for doing this again for next year! I'm so loving the concept...and the customer service has been excellent!! Any future kits in the works?? I just can't get enough!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
I think the kit is wonderful and I ordered it, but I think it would be nice if you add 4x6 Journaling Cards to it (to go with the small ones)...just to have more options of how to use it!! :) Maybe an idea for the next one or an add-on option item :)
I know I would buy just the cards because I would love to be able to find a kit of just 365 4x6 journaling cards because my husband is going to write me a love note everyday for 2010 and I'd like to have him write on cards I can put in a scrapbook to keep them! I'm going to use Project Life to do another 365 book because I have enjoyed it so much this year and my children and I LOVE to go back and look at it all the time!
Hi becky,
First of all, I really like Project life! I am doing Project 365 at the moment (on my own because the real project was sold out) but Project life is maybe easier to do sometimes. And that is why I am SO dissapointed when I found out that the shipping cost are $ 176,- to let it come to Holland! I wanted to order 1 for my friend and for myself but this is just to much money. There must be some other way to make these cost lower in the future I hope otherwise we are going to miss out on all your lovely projects!
Love from Holland,
Anniek
I am so excited to be getting this for Christmas:) My mom wanted to get it for me last year, but it was sold-out. I jumped at it this year when I saw it was out, just in case it sold out again:) When I told her, she immediately said "I'll send you a check, so it'll be from us for Christmas!":) I've taken pictures of my daughter every single day of her life (well, okay, I've missed about 6 days...she's 15 months old, so that's not too bad, right?:), so this project is so up my alley. Cannot wait! I'm drooling over how beautiful everything in the kit is...so excited:)
This could not have come at a more perfect time. Just ordered mine today and can't wait to have it in my hands. I'll be using it to document my son's first year of life (he's due to arrive on Jan. 8th).
Will you be updating the Project life page with a gallery/photos of layouts that have been done as people get their kits and share? I'd love to see how it actually comes together.
