Are those squared jars? Airtight?? I'm looking for square airtight jars to put the dozen + different kinds of flours we have into. I don't like the circle ones because the deadspace between the round edges when the jars are all pushed together on a shelf is just wasted space. If these fit the bill, then I'll definitely have to check them out! Looking forward to more info and seeing your organization project unfold…..or should I say, 'fill up'?! :>

Snapware! I LOVE SNAPWARE! And you can get it lots of places if you can't get to the Container Store. And then, of course the labeling. I like to write directly on the containers with dry erase. Especially for rice because I always forget the proportions. Snapware, yay!
