I would love to win a photo shoot with my family! We are in the process of moving to Madison(right outside of Huntsville) be/c my husband got a job in the area. He’s been there since Nov while our son and I have been here finishing out the year. (I’m a 5th grade teacher and he’s in Kindergarten) Just in these few short months of living apart during the week, keeping our house ready for showings, living life and looking forward to what’s in store in our new town has taught me to cherish the little things about life and enjoy our time. So I would love to have some pictures of our family in our new town to mark this new change in our life. Thanks for offering up your time Lauren.

The sample photographs from this photographer are beautiful! The color vibrancy is really nice. My fiance and I currently live in Atlanta, GA but my mother in law (who we visit about once a month) lives in Southside, Alabama and we’d be tickled pink to drive to Huntsville. I am so excited! For you & the opportunity! My husband is an amateur photographer on the side and is always doing things for everyone else: I have tons of photos of him behind a camera… and get to see shots he’s taken all over everyone else’s house: but you can’t really photograph yourself! With our new endeavor of opening our own business we really need some portraits but don’t have the extra funds it takes. I would LOVE to have a session just the two of us: I want our kids to know we had a life before they came along and the only ones we’ve ever taken were our engagement photos! I was just scanning through my favorite sites and was surprised to see a photographer here in Huntsville on this web site! A pleasant surprise. My husband (who has never been sick) had a heart attack the day before Easter. He is doing much better now and we are so ever grateful. But seeing these pictures made me think we haven’t had a current family picture for years. As we are getting older and our kids and grandkids are doing the same….it makes me realize we need to update our family photos and not wait until I lose that weight I have been planning to lose for the last 14 years!!! Our youngest will be 16 in a matter of days and I know once she gets that license….we won’t see her as much!! YIKES….time does fly!

My husband and I live a couple of hours away in northeast Mississippi. I didn’t expect to see a “local” photographer on here! Yay! We don’t have children, so I don’t know if that’s a stipulation or not, but I thought I’d enter just in case. We have been married 13 years, and would love to have some professional photos made; we haven’t had any since our wedding.
I live in Madison. Every moment is precious to me because we are an Army Family and had several trials of seperation. Now with a new baby and getting out of the Army we finally can be whole again. I would also love for my neighbor to participate because we are both new moms and our support system to each other.

We are a blended family with a new addition last year; my husband’s girls are 8 and 5 and our daughter is 1. We haven’t had a family picture since she was born so this would be a real treat! Plus, we’re working hard toward buying our first house and the 11×14 would really make our house feel like home. I’m a native Huntsvillian born and raised and I love my hometown. The perfect backdrop for family photos that can showcase Lauren’s talent for capturing little personalities and a family’s loving bond.

The military brought us to Huntsville about three years ago. We love Huntsville, but sadly…the Army is sending us to DC this summer. I would love to win a photo shoot with Lauren Sanderson to help document our life in Huntsville. Our only son was born here and we have certainly put down roots. This will be our hardest move yet, but our goal is to return to Huntsville for good in two years. Thanks for such an amazing opportunity.
