The lucky family will receive a portrait package which includes 1-1.5 hours photo session, high resolution CD of 25-30 hand edited photos, (1) 8×10, (2) 5×7, (4) 4×6 prints. Photos may include color, black & white, sepia, or b&w with selected hand tinted color.
Ahhhh… we are in Chwk… thank you for the wonderful opportunity to have our photos taken. We have never had them done. We have 2 girls age 5 and 6 and are expecting our third baby in the fall. I’m sure there are many deserving families, but we would still love the chance to have this done!

We are now a family of 5. Last year my 80 grandmother moved in with us so that we could “be there” for her if she needed us. While we don’t live in the lower mainland (we live on vancouver island) we are through there at least 5 times a year. I would love the opportunity to get a photo of the 5 of us (hubby, myself, my son, my daughter and my grandmother).
Nikki your pictures are amazing and of course I would love to have my family’s pictures taken but I am not going to nominate myself. I would love if you would choose Jennifer Anderson. She is a single mom of the cutest little girl, Emerson, I know that Jenn could never afford to have pictures taken of herself and her daughter and I think this would be an awesome gift for her. Jenn suffers from serious migraines and has no family living near by so she really is on her own. Yet all the pictures I see that Jenn posts on facebook, show the happiest kid ever. I don’t know how she does it, but I think that you should pick Jenn and Emerson. Thanks Nikki, and again your pictures are beautiful.
Your pictures look amazing!! We would love to have some family photos taken. We live in Abbotsford and are a family of 4. Our first son had many serious health problems as a baby and due to his condition passed away when he was only 2 1/2 years old. Although I have many of my own pictures of him, we never had a professional family picture taken
I always regretted not having that done. Since then, we’ve had another boy, who is now 6, and a little girl, who is 1 years old. Unfortunately our son has autism and up until now, the idea of trying to get professional pictures taken has been too overwhelming for us. But I think he’s ready now! He’s come so far in the last few years that I would absolutely love to get some amazing pictures of him and our family as a whole. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and see what we could do!
I would love to nominate my sister, Bethany, who lives on the Mainland. She is expecting her second child this fall and has had an extremely difficult pregnancy this go-around as well. Not able to take care of her daughter Isla and so both mother and mother-in-law have gladly stepped in, which is wonderful. I know Bethany would so love to capture the joy of her new family of four …

We are a family of 4 living in Calgary but heading out your way to visit family and friends the first 2 weeks of July… and would absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE to have some family pictures taken of us. One of us is always behind the camera… so we have very very few moments captured with the 4 of us. So please give us some thought… but in the meantime… keep up the great photography. You are very talented and truly an inspiration!!

We’re originally from down at the coast but just moved away and come down often. We’ve never had a professional photographer capture our family and it’s been something we’ve been wanting to do for a long time but haven’t been able to do. We have 4 beautiful children and I’m the one behind the camera most of the time and there’s never any pictures of me with my children or my hubby with the kids. There’s many great comments here and know that the right one will be chosen. Thanks for coming on board with Becky.

The last time we had family pictures taken was about 4 years ago, when we were still a family. I have separated from my husband for 2 years now, and would love to have family pictures that represent the true unit of who I consider to be my family. My two children, myself, and my puppy…
I relocated my family just this year, however, choose the timing in such a way that I even missed the school pictures (which are never very good, however… they would’ve been current) The most current pic I now have hanging on my walls of my children is almost 2 years old, too! Time to update the art work….

I’m just wanted to say how special your work is, you captured my 12 yr daughter as her true fun, big hearted self. And the pictures you took were so beautiful! We all (including her) love your work. As some of the other moms have posted I am usually the one behind he camera, and may need to do a shoot with my husband and I for our 9th anniversary.

Your photos are absolutely gorgeous! I have two little boys who have only been photographed once, many months ago at a department store, since it’s all we could afford. While I love these photos because my children are in them, I would be so honoured to have you take beautiful pictures of my family. Your pictures are fabulous! I am submitting my extended family for this amazing opportunity. My Grandma has been requesting pictures of the generations for years now. She would like herself, my Dad, me and the kids and the same with my sister’s family. As are family is young and active I can not imagine a studio setting working to accomplish this. We would be a group of 12 as I understand the promotion is for five subjects we would be more than willing to pay the difference.
Your pictures are great! I like how to capture “the moment” with your subjects. I have 2 boys (ages 5 and 7). We have not had family photos taken since 2008…our boys keep us busy with Lacrosse, Hockey, Football…basically life. I LOVE Nikki’s work and we live in the same neighbourhood! I can’t begin to tell you how much our family would love to have her take our pictures. I know my parents, sister and I have one great family portrait that we had done when I was younger and it’s treasured to this day! I’d love to be able to do that for my kids!
Hey Nikki, it’s Lisa. Just thought I would post on here and give it a shot at winning. I would love to be able to get my family together for a photo shot–especially when my brother comes to town.
