In the past 6 months, I’ve helped head-up a few really big luncheons for large groups. Several of us banned together to help set up, do place settings, serve food, and clean up afterwards. Lots of go-go-go and do-do-do. Wonderful opportunities to serve but oh such achy feet by the end.
Random topic, right? Yep. Totally random. But stick with me here. On those days, I wish I had a pair of more comfortable shoes on-hand … especially for the clean-up. Now I’m prepared. I have a pair of itty-bitty fabbys in my bag so when I need to kick off the heels, I can still have dressed-up feet but I’m way more comfortable.
It’s a cool concept. They’re ballet flats. But they’re really really flat. So they roll up tight and fit into your purse or bag. You’re not going to wear these out & about for hours because they’re not going to exactly offer much support for your feet, but they’re portable and comfortable and dressier than most casual slip-on shoes.
Case in point: On a recent date with my main man, we were out for hours. The shoes I wore that night were cute, but not the most comfy. I was done with them. On our way home, we needed to stop at Target. I slipped on the fabbys and was sooo glad I had them to walk around the store. I’m a fan.

Fabbys sound fabulous. These would be wonderful to use while traveling for business, too. After standing on my feet all day at a convention (in “work” shoes), it would be nice to be able to slip these on for the walk back to the hotel.

i would LOVE some of those black little jobbers! my feet kill all the time since my feet are 2 different sizes! whenever i have to get all dolled up, my feet suffer the entire time. try finding heels that fit BOTH feet never mind one!

Oh wow! They look amazing! I’m always a fan of flats, but have yet to find that “just right” pair. I am one of those women who isnot comfortable in heels, and being a stay at home mom can make it challenging to have any sort of style in my wardrobe. These look so practical, and adorable!

I would love to try the roll-up shoes! I work as an interior design, dressed up, three days a week. I take my wonderful boys to school, go to work, leave work to pick them up and head home. Those are my kind of shoes. I hate uncomfy shoes but sometimes you jsut have to wear them. On the many occasions where it is time to toss the heels aside I would beg for these!
I wear heels in the office, but for the walk to the bus stop with the kiddos, the commute or running errands at lunch, I HAVE to wear ballet flats. But they are bulky, so I have to carry a bigger purse. I would love to try the Fabby’s and not have to carry such a big purse all the time. Flat, fabulous shoes = more errands accomplished!

These look awesome! I am dealing with “feet” issues right now because I have tendonitis in both of my feet. Love this idea! More than once have I brought along another pair of shoes to change into after my feet are killing me at the end of a long day out.
I am the queen of “feet issues”!!! I’ve got wide feet that have been thru surgery, long runs, and plantar fasciitis. I love Vibram 5-finger shoes and since I’ve been a SAHM for the last 4 years I have a developed a large collection of Crocs. However, I am starting a new job in June and I will have to wear office-appropriate shoes…my feet are going to be very upset with me! They would love the ballet flats for the car ride to and from work!

I’ve always wished I had a pair of cute, comfortable flats that I could fit into a purse! I never knew they existed. In July I start my 3rd year of medical school, which pretty much entails super-long hours on my feet in the hospital day after day. I have a hard time standing for a long time (think 20 minutes or more… hours is killer), because a portion of the weight-bearing bone in my left ankle literally died two years ago. After the ankle surgery, wearing heels makes the injured area very swollen, painful, and locked into place; wearing flats doesn’t. Having the option to switch out of my sometimes required heels into flats (especially black flats) while I write my notes after seeing patients would be incredible.

WoW! Never seen shoes this flat. I wear my “regular” office shoe to work and once I get to office I kick into my sneakers. My production floor is the lenght of a football field and I have to walk the full lenght several times a day. “Office” shoes just do not work. But I still need them when I have to meet customer and such. Love to try out this flat shoes. They are prettier than my sneakers.

Pick me pick me! I am a social worker who sees clients in their homes; sometimes I help my clients run errands, get to doctor’s appointment, or take a walk etc; so I do a lot of running at work. After work I run my kids around to soccer practice and various other activities. It would be nice to be able to switch shoes while I am driving (which is a lot) to give my feet a break! Oh these are perfect for Moms on the go. How many times do I go to the park with my daughter for an hour or two and then go meet a friend for coffee or run a few errands. These are perfect from switching from the sensible sneakers at the park to chase my three year old to looking like the put together Mom at an event or meeting with out adding a ton of bulk to my bag. These are perfect. Since I was in 3 car accidents in just a little over 1.5 years (all not my fault) I have a hard time wearing anything other than flats due to all my back problems. I do have a question though…I wear 7.5 and sometimes I buy shoes in an 8 for more comfort. Would size 8-9 be too big but having 7.5 at the top of the small size makes me worried they would be too small. What’s your suggestion?

Oh my goodness would I love to have these! I have four kids… a 7 year old daughter, a 5 year old daughter, and twin 2 and a half year old boys! Needless to say I never stop running around. I broke my little toe on my left foot about a year and a half ago and I have something on one of my right toes that I really need to get looked at (got it during pregnancy #1 from shoes being too tight!) but I’m afraid they will have to remove it surgically

I have to say, I would give these to my mom in a heartbeat. She wears the cloth slippers in a similar style b/c she has lupus lesions on her ankles and they can no longer support her dressy shoes for long periods of time. She is forever taking her shoes off in the car or after church functions and putting on her slippers so her feet don’t hurt. These would be a perfect gift for her!

Oh, I am too tall for heals…besides my feet and knees hurt all the time. What a great slip on. And I love how they fold right up and don’t take up too much space.

I have NEVER seen these! They look great. We just had high school graduation this past weekend and I was in heels all day and most of the night and a pair of these would have been great tucked into my purse. I am sitting here with bandaids on my ankles from the worst blisters I have ever had. See I had worn these great shoes to a charity event on Saturday and I even thought to myself on the walk to the car gosh I wish I had flats to change into. It was actually on my to do list. I don’t remember having these problems with heels in my twenties

When I was in high school I took a pair of “fancy” slippers to the prom in my purse. All my girlfriends were jealous! (I also did the same at my wedding
) I just wish I’d had ones that were so very slim– my purse for prom was pretty bulky!

Sore feet is the worst feeling. Unfortunately I have ugly feet and to boot they hurt SO bad with any new shoe, it doesn’t matter if they are flip flops, sandals, sneakers…they hurt me!! Not to mention when a new season starts and I go from spring/summer to fall/winter shoes even though they are old shoes.
Being a nurse I can be on my feet for well over 12 hours a day…at the end of a shift my feet are tired!!! These would be great to slip into after work!

Would love some cute, easy to pack shoes!! In April I photgraphed a wedding and by the reception at the end of the day my feet hurt sooo much. I took my shoes off but later wished I had something other than socks on…as I stepped in food that someone had dropped. ew.

As a teacher in Wisconsin, I slip from winter boots, to professional shoes for a parent meeting, to boots for recess duty, and then back to shoes for teaching, then back to boots for the drive home, then on to mama of three duty. I am pregnant with my fourth child. Any type of comfortable, cute slip-on shoe is very welcome in my book. I would love to have a pair of these, how awesome for running out the door to drive the carpool to preschool. Anything that will slip on easily when I can no longer bend over or see my feet to put on shoes will immediately be my new love!

these would be perfect for me! I love my chunky sandals and boots, plus all the fun strappy summerwear, but I just finished two hours of running errands and we were headed to the park when I couldn’t walk around the woodchips in those strappy sandals anymore. I am four months prego with #3 and already hot and swollen for summertime. It would have changed my whole day to have a pair of these in the car for a quick swap!
