The lucky family will receive a one-hour photo shoot and 20 complimentary images on a cd. Comment from Jolie: “Many years ago I was a single, recently widowed mother of 4 small children. Someone offered to do a photo shoot with me and my kids. It was one of the best moments in my life, uplifted my spirits and was instrumental in my healing. This gift inspired me to want to do the same for someone else.”

Hi Becky – I’ve recently purchased the baby album kit from creating keepsakes. I’m loving it already. Our second baby girl is due to arrive 9/8. I wanted to get a jump start on getting some of the pages together and get my thoughts organized. Could you do a post on how you put together the album?

I would LOVE to nominate a good friend who lives in the Seattle area. She is like a second mom to my sister and I. So thoughtful and caring, she treats our kids like they are her grandkids too! This would mean so much to me. I’m 51 years old, and a mother of 5. My children are growing too fast for me, and are slowly starting lives of their own. My husband and I are planning on moving soon & pray that our family can all move together. In the event that this may not happen, I’d love to have family photos taken so that even though we may not be together each day, I can look up at our pictures and feel as if they were right next to me.

Our “little” man is turning three, and we’ve never had professional shots taken! While my hubby and I both enjoy being behind the camera and getting nice shots of Oliver, there are few (like 20 or so!) out of the thousands we’ve taken in the last three years where all three of us are in it. We’d love the chance to capture our family of three!

My husband and I have never had a professional picture taken ’cause it’s just too darn expensive! I told myself that once we knew we were done having kids we would do it regardless of money

We are a family of 6: 2 girls, 2 boys, my husband and I. In the 10+ years that we have been married, our family has only once had our pictures professionally taken. We would absolutely love to have a photo session with Jolie!

My daughter lives in Seattle and we live in Bellingham so this would be perfect. She is a professor at Cornish but we were not able to have professional pictures taken when she gratuated from High School or College so I would LOVE to have pictures made of her and of us with her. I love the new trend of picture taken outside in nature instead of in a stuffy studio.

I’m becoming a single mom this year – not what I planned – but it is a change that I am moving forward with after 15 years of marriage. I would love to document the special relationship that I share with my 11yo daughter, to remember this year that we are going through together… forging ahead with each other… surviving together. I would love for my husband and I to have pictures taken again. After 5 years of marriage, we have very few pictures of the two of us, other than the “gag” self portraits. We’re in the middle of paying for in vitro, so there’s no way we can afford to get a picture of “just us” taken right now. We’re in round 2 and hoping it works. Oh, how I’d love to have a picture of the two of us, 5 years, happily married, working together, come baby or no baby.
Margee is one of the most generous people ever… she’s always the one behind the camera, which makes no sense as she’s the actor, the drama queen, the one in the middle of it all. Please pick her! I’d love for her and Dan and their three kids to have a professional picture taken. She’s so unselfish and giving, and I just can’t get my camera to really capture them. She’s the kind that invites a couple who are a little sad and bereft over infertility for Christmas dinner, and other occasions, to let them have a touch of family. She’s wonderful. Brilliant, really. this would make her day.

I am not sure if you picked a winner yet, but I would like to put my family into the hat. I love pictures, love to scrapbook and have not been able to get back into the swing since I lost my dad in 2006 to an unexpected massive heartattack at the age of 60. Losing him has changed my whole family. We don’t seem to take family pictures anymore… which is a shame as I took the last family picture a week before he died at a sprint car race, and was so happy to have it, yet I was not in it as I took it. I would love to have a beautiful family picture of my husband and I with my sister and son and our mother. Thank you.

oops, sent too soon! Anyway, just wanted to add that we are a family of 9, but would be more than willing to rotate in and out as neccesary to not go over 6 ppl. We had twins 9 months ago, and living in a high cost of living part of the country, one income, 7 children, have ruled out professional photography altogether, even cheapies like Walmart, and as a mom addicted to PICTURES, that is difficult and i would thus looooove to win this!!
