Thank you, friends. I appreciate the messages and comments about how Project Life is helping you with your endeavors to preserve your memories and do something with your pictures. Many of you seem to be spreading the word (especially to your “non-scrapbooking” friends) and I want you to know how much I appreciate that. You’re awesome.
1. Yes, I am working on the next version of Project Life to release in time for Christmas. Same kit with new, updated designs. The kits on Amazon right now are the last of this year’s design. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
2. If you’re outside of the U.S. you can order HERE.
3. Want to do something with your pictures, but not so much with a physical scrapbooking kit? If digital is your preference, click HERE for the scoop on that. Personally, I’m doing the digital version for our family’s Project Life. I know everyone has their personal preference. That’s why we’re offering both options. Take your pick. : )
4. If you use Project Life and want to share this on your own blog, you can grab the graphic (you’ll see it right here – on the right side of my blog).

Are you going to be creating a new baby kit? I’m not ready to have kids yet but in a year or two and I’m trying to decide if I should hoard away one or two of the original kits or wait in hopes of a newer one before I have children.
Hi Becky, I’m loving doing project life this year! My roommate introduced me to your website and Project Life, and we’ve had fun working on our journaling together every weekend : ) I was wondering, are you are going to make the new Project Life Album the same size as this year’s? I love it all, but it does seem a little bigger than it needs to be, especially if I’m going to keep doing this every year (which I definitely am!!).
just ordered this on amazon. i can’t wait to get it and start recording my 40th year!
I *love* *love* *love* Project Life. It has allowed me to stay current with our family memories and it is fun to capture all the other stuff that goes on during the day that I wouldn’t normally scrap. I’m running out of room for mine, as it has become a hybrid scrapbook and photo album. I’m doing it with my sisters and mom too and it is fun to see how different they come out! Thanks for doing this. I definitely plan on doing it again!
Love love love Project Life. And my family love seeing all the pics and reading the journaling. The best thing about it is getting a glimpse into our crazy family life!
I just ordered mine from Amazon! I am so excited to get started on this. I will be documenting a year in our lives while my husband is deployed. I am excited that I will be able to get this and get it organized before he leaves. Thank you for all of your hard work on this project! I even added the graphic to my blog. I hope to start posting pictures of my Project Life once I get started. Thank you! YOU ROCK!!
I added it to my blog
This is my 2nd year doing a 365 scrapbook! Excited to see what you’ll have out for next year!!
I’m really interested in this concept; however, I’m curious about the availability of just the page protectors. I think I remembered reading that they might be offered separately or as an add-on…is there an update on this feature? Thanks.
Angela~ Other companies make those type of page protectors…I’ve found them at my scrapbook store…try creative imaginations…I think they are one company!
Just an FYI for those who have fallen behind (like me)… I got so far behing I decided to start again… My birthday is Tuesday and I am going to do the PL for my 38th year!!! I am going to buy a kit in December so I will have it for my next birthday… There is NO shame in restarting and it gives me hope that I can keep on track this time… Thanks to Becky for caring enough about her customers/readers/friends to help us and to let us peek into her life… THANK YOU BECKY!!!!!
I fell behind too, but decided that I would concentrate on a weekly group of pics. Sometimes I may have 3 or 4 pics for that week that document the same activity or subject. I feel that I can handle this MUCH better and really enjoy the process rather than feeling behind.
I would LOVE to see you do a book on Project Life and make it chock full of creative ideas and unique spins to utilizing PL to preserve our memories! Please say you will
I really like the project life kit. It is great!!! I would like to see a section for maybe a vertical photo if possible. Otherwise its perfect!
Becky…I absolutely love your blog..your ideas..and especially Project Life..please don’t ever stop coming out with these albums…I would be lost without them (and my children would not have these wonderful memories)…thank you so much, your blog is the first one I check each and every day!!!! Amy E.
Becky…I had purchased 2 of your school kits for my kiddos and have been assembling the page protectors and pockets…could you please tell me what album/binder you would recommend for these to make the album???? Thanks!! Amy
I also would love to see a smaller album. It seeems that the spine doesn’t need to be quite so wide. I’m loving doing the project. It has helped lots with my photography skills and I love being able to remember those random moments that otherwise would have been forgotten.
Have you looked into the possibility of making the next Project Life available through Amazon in other countries – like the UK, where I live? Shipping options are always prohibitively expensive for non US orders, and we also have the issues of tax and import duty, so it can just end up being WAY too expensive, no matter how much we might want the thing! As you have a deal with Amazon in the US, it might be possible for them to make it available through their international sites, then it would be so much simpler – and a lot cheaper! – for your foreign customers. Just a thought!
I love the concept of Project Life. I showed it to my teen and tween girls. They liked everything except the design of the cards. I love them so I was surprised. Have you considered having more than one design to choose from? Something with an appeal to a little younger crowd? They are so capable to do their own scrapbooking with how simple your system is. Just a wish…. thanks for you wonderful blog!
Re: The container store clear snap envelope. Becky while you are right about other stores having smiliar ones, I have to say that the Container Store is the only place I have been able to find the envelopes in this size. The Container Store ones are a little smaller, which makes them fit perfectly in your purse.
I just found your site and am SO happy! I am a scrapbooker and now a mom of a one-year-old. I’m sure you can guess how many scrapbook pages I’ve created this year.
I’m about to turn 30, and think this would be a great way to chronicle the year!!
Off to purchase….
Hi Becky,
I wanted to let you know not only how much I am loving Project Life but how much it has helped me. I have suffered with depression and anxiety for alot of my life and during those times it is hard to see the good things in life. I am a scrapbooker also but get down on myself for not getting time to do it or not being in a creative mood, so Project Life made it easier to feel the sense of accomplishment. The main thing though is that it makes me stop and think each day about the little things in life that are important to me. If I had a bad day, at least it makes me think of the little things to be grateful for or to reflect on why it was a bad day and journal that too, because it is all a part of my life. I see a Psychologist occasionaly and told her about it and she thinks that many people could benefit from this so I showed her mine and she loved it. We’re all the way down in Aus and I know so many people here who love it.
Thank you so much and can’t wait for next years. You also are an inspiration as I love your Blog and photography.
Melissa
I love Project Life, and I’ve been very grateful the past 7 months for an outlet to really dig in and preserve my every day memories. I plan to order next years version, but I was wondering if these are the last of this year’s kits on Amazon, how are those of us who have faulty binders supposed to get new ones. I hate to ask this on the comment section of your blog, but I’ve gotten no response from customer service.
