Becky,

My Project Life isn’t here yet…Monday (YAY!!!) Buuuuuut, I just wanted you to know how awesomely excited I am! When I complet this project, there is a reward for me. The reward is BIG and EXCITING and pertains to the project…I get to buy the big fancy Canon digital SLR with lenses next January as my reward. But I know the biggest reward will be enjoying the completed story of our 2011. Thanks so much for the inspiration, and watch for my Project Life Box picture!!

Happy New Year to you and your family! May it be joyful, healthy and prosperous! (And thank you for the lighting bolt of inspiration in your post today! I was struggling to find my word for 2011. Nothing was really moving me. Then I saw “cultivate” in your wish and there it was!)
Michelle – I am thinking ‘cultivate’ may stick with me too. Right now the only little word that comes to mind more than once is ‘challenge’. One or the other….
Hi Becky! Many blessings to you and your family in 2011! Thanks for your inspiration!!
Happy New Year. Wishing you a rear full of good things and many blessings.
Becky, I, like so many others who follow you and use project life just want to express my gratitude to you for coming up with this amazing and simple way of documenting our lives. I have met you 4-5 times and while you don’t know who I am, I feel a kinship with you and the change you have made in the way I preserve my families memories. Thank you so much. I have finished 2010 (digital) and started 2011 (digital, torquoise) and I love it. Love it so much.
Heather
What a wonderful sentiment! I am so looking forward to doing Project Life this year (turquoise, digital) and can’t wait to see the finished product at the end of the year – I am sure it will be something to cherish!

My project life kit is arriving on Tues. I am super excited about. I had my in laws over today, our new years day tradition. I had all intentions of taking pictures for this to be the start of my book. They left a half hour ago and I just realized I didn’t take the first picture. So I already feel like I am failing at this too- bummer! I know I can just start with other pics but I wanted to start with today and sharing our tradition.
I so can sympathize with you on that! Believe me when I say that it does get easier to remember to take those pictures. But even after a year of Project Life I still sometimes am so ‘in the moment’ that I forget. My family members are getting into the spirit of the process and often ask me “do you need a photo of this?” LOL.
What I will often do in place of the missed photo is find a quote about the event…say, about ‘traditions’. I use that as my ‘photo’ and then journal about the specific day. It’s not perfect, but works for me.
Thanks! I think that it is a great idea to use a quote and then journal about it.
Happy New Year to you and your family Becky. I am looking forward to a creative year in 2011 and I am looking forward to Project Life which should be arriving Monday! Thank you for all the inpiration you give us!
How soon until the new Digital Version is up? Very soon, I hope!
Becky – LOVE it! I will be striving for that as well.
Happy New Year!!

Took my first picture (made a 4×6 collage) for today and inserted into my Project Life Album. LOVE IT..This is going to be an awesome year I can feel it! Happy New Year to you.
You always have such cute ideas. Love the presentation. Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! Well I did it! I ordered Project Life, having missed it before and contemplating the need to do this, I did it and now I can’t wait to get it and start documenting 2011.
Thanks Becky!
WOW! Those words are so powerful! Thanks!!!
Naturally, I’ve known of Becky Higgins for evah. Yet somehow I just came across your blog today. I have a few things I must tell you… #1 you are a genius. I’m five years behind on scrapbooking (and I used to sell scrapbook supplies!) because I got so overwhelmed. I bought two of your Project Life kits. One to work backwards through last year and one to work forward for 2011. Thank you! #2 How fun would it be to use Facebook status updates on the cards where you don’t really have anything to say that day? I have a whole Facebook album rolling around in my head… but I don’t have time for all that. Like I said, I’m 5 years behind. #3 I just added you and your frequent creative goodness to my Google homepage. I have to reeeaaallly like you to add you to my homepage. LOL. But seriously, I only bother to keep up with a few. I just don’t have time to follow everyone. (Not to beat a dead horse here but FIVE years behind! I think you get the point though…)
Happy New Year! Thanks for the product. I can’t wait to get my hands on those extra packs (B specifically) that you are waiting on. Cheers!
