The Andes Mint Cookies have been one of our family’s very favorite treats for quite some time. We love to share these with others. I know many of you hold the tradition of exchanging homemade goodies during the holiday season so I’m sharing a little peek at the cookie-making goodness, put to cheery Michael Buble’ music. For an even more festive variation of these cookies, check out the Peppermint Crumble Cookies. Stay tuned for another treat-making video submitted by a fellow reader, which will be featured this weekend.

Oh my! Those cookies look so good!! I will definitely be adding this to my Christmas cookie baking list this year!! Thank you!!
Great video! I thought for sure the last most important step would have been to grab the camera and take a picture of who you gave it to! Thanks for sharing…now I’m off to find a cookie!
This is a great video!!!…but I shouldn’t have watched it BEFORE breakfast! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Great video–looks fantastic and I will be adding this to my cookie mix,
I make these all the time! This recipe has gotten the seal of approval from everyone when I make it – thanks!!
I bake everyday(see my blog at http://www.parnellspantry.blogspot.com ) ,so watching this video put a huge smile on my face, and I needed that today!Who doesn’t love fresh baked goodies delivered by a friend?I’ll have to try these. Thanks Becky!Happy Holidays!
Yummy! I will definitely be making these with my children. Thanks, Becky.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! You don’t know how timely this post was. I just sat down to find a cookie recipe for a cookie swap I have on Saturday and saw that you had a post up in my reader…must be fate!!! Guess what I am making tomorrow? Yum!
Did you know you can buy a bag of broken Andes candies in the baking aisle? I get them at Target and then make all kinds of delicious desserts with them. I made chocolate cholcolate chip mint cookies Tuesday and so far everyone but my husband loves them. My husband hates mint so he doesn’t count.
I have nade these quite a few times and everyone loves them. I live in Australia and have been experimenting with after diner mints (we don’t have andes mints and i can’t find anything like them). Most of the time i leave the mint off the top and they taste just awesome. This is my favourite chocolate cookie recipe. Thanks Becky
yum yum yum! I have no idea what I’ll use instead of Andes Mints here is Australia, but yum!
As a Pampered Chef consultant, I loved the little plug.
Those cookies look absolutely amazingly yummy!
My sister JUST informed me of your blog- I am loving it!! I’m desperately working on decorating our home- and am ridiculously in love with your ‘style’. This probably seems silly (yet I imagine you’ve been asked this a lot- ) do you know/remember where you got your kitchen wall paper or the name of it? And your kitchen backsplash? I’ve tried searching throughout your blog so as not to bother you, but I can’t find any info!
Thanks!

I am so going to give this recipe a go and maybe it will solve my holiday giveaway dilemma!
Long time blog follower, first time poster here. These looked so good that I had to make them right away. I baked a double batch yesterday and they are delicious!! I don’t know if we have Andes mints here in Canada (I couldn’t find them), so I used other chocolate mints and they worked perfectly. Thanks for the great recipe!
You will salivate more! I loved that….and I did salivate more just seeing those cookies!
Hey Becky! I have been making these for holidays ever since I first saw them on your blog, and they are a huuuuuuge hit. this year I have a new job so coworkers were also happy recipients.
So happy to have a great video to share!
Except…. um… what happened to the eggs? Don’t you beat two eggs into the chocolate before you add the dry stuff?
