My only child just turned 26 and sad to say I was not a scrapper when she was growing up.
I took a ton of BAD photos but very little journaling after her first year :(
Oh how I wish I could have her 6 year old thoughts and handwriting to look back on.
Such a sweet memory to preserve.
If I could rewind time, I would do this activity at various ages and watch the changes as she grew.
I have often wished I had written down certain things at different stages of my life and see how my views change over the years. What I loved at 15 would be vastly different than what I loved at 25,35 etc. What I worried about at 21 (did I even worry at that age?) would be completely different than my concerns at 51. I will see if I can get my daughter to do this , it might be fun to see how things change for her as she continues to find her way in her adult world.
What a fantastic idea. Your children are adorable. You are blessed and highly favored indeed.

So I am trying really hard to use all my PL products and put my printed pictures into plastics but I keep getting stuck because I am not sure how to proceed. I like to put pics in chronalogical order of when taken but, for example , if I have a few horizontals and a few verticals printed then I choose one page protector, but when I flip it over and go to do the next page I have all horizontal pics and they don’t work with that same page layout/ the back side. How do people get around this? I have worked with that issue with pics I am taking now by playing with them before printing to make it work but what tips do you have for working with pics you already have printed? I would love any suggestions as I feel stuck! Thanks so much!!
