Behind the scenes, we have had a lot of wheels turning in 2012. Understatement of the year. There has been so much that has happened, so much that we have learned, and we are soooo close to having product back in stock that has been sold out for a while. Thank you for your continued loyalty and enthusiasm and support … and patience! This recent picture I shared on instagram is pretty representative of what all those “wheels turning” look like on paper with a typical to-do list.
I will try to strike a balance between being brief – while also helping you feel informed – with this blog post. I want you to understand a little about what’s been going on, and of course tell you what’s coming – and when you can expect everything.
…..
{ cliff notes version of our recent growing pains }
First, a preface: This story has a happy ending.
Friends are telling friends (who are telling their friends) about Project Life. The growth is awesome, but we found ourselves selling out of our Core Kits and ready to re-order more at the beginning of 2012. Lots more. Instead of re-printing in China, we decided to try producing our printed (paper-based) products in the USA. We figured we could get better quality, faster turnaround, and hey – what’s not to love about “Made in the USA”!?
We knew this transition would put extra work (than we already had) on our plates, and it would likely cost a bit more, but we wanted to at least try it. What we didn’t know, was how much time and how much money, this would cost us. I will spare you details (although if you ever see me in person and want to ask – I could tell you all about it! It’s been a crazy ride.) But … after months of working with several different companies on printing and packaging right here in the Phoenix area, this is where we are:
1. A small quantity of each edition has already been printed in the USA and is being packaged and will be available on Amazon shortly.
2. A huge batch of 3 editions (Cherry, Clementine, and Turquoise) are being produced in the USA right now and those will be available shortly after the first smaller batches arrive and potentially sell out. To quickly explain the reason for 2 batches … we were well into full production when we were informed of a huge error in their printing quote for our Core Kits, which had a domino effect on all current and future production of all products.
3. Ouch. It costs sooooo much to print here. Not just a little bit. If we print all of our products here, we won’t be in business any longer. Literally.
4. It’s not as simple as making up for the difference by charging you (our customer) more. It’s a LOT more. Part of our philosophy is that memory-keeping should be do-able and affordable, for sure! We also want to stand behind the top-notch quality of our products.
5. We can not bear the thought of being sold out of everything for even longer (most of you agree), so we proceeded with the production of Cherry, Clementine, and Turquoise even with the significantly higher prices, but have decided to keep the retail price the same for you ($24.99/Core Kit for U.S. customers).
…..
{ all is well }
6. We are so grateful for the relationships we’ve established with fantastic local companies that can help bring our products to fruition. Even though it’s a more complicated and expensive process for us, we would love to continue doing a few things here. We will look for ways to have some of our products made here in the USA – whenever possible. In fact, we have several other items beyond the Core Kits that are currently being produced and packaged here in the U.S. right now.
7. We are a USA-based company. We live here, we work here, we love it here. We make some stuff here, and we make some stuff overseas – and that is how we can stay in business. We are still quite small, but pleased that we have been able to create a few jobs right here in the U.S. with plans for that growth to continue. Just because many of our products aren’t actually produced here doesn’t mean that we’re not doing our part to support employment in our home country.
8. Our very hands-on experience of being deeply involved in the details of printing and manufacturing was far from a wasted effort (although very stressful at times). The valuable lessons that we learned, the experience that we gained, and the more trained eyes that we now have – make us better business owners and smarter product developers. Without a doubt, we know this will be a huge benefit to our product offering and ultimately, our customers.
9. The team that brings our products to life overseas has been doing absolutely everything to increase the quality of our products. Everything will be even better than it was before. The paper, the printers, the quality control … everything. We are confident that you will love the continuation of our products, no matter where the production happens.
Now. Enough chit-chat. Let’s see what’s coming, and when it’s coming – shall we? Oh, and by the way: You can see ALL of our products (what’s in-stock, what’s coming, expected dates, etc.) on the Products page – naturally. When you click over, click refresh to be sure all the updates show up in your browser.

{coming mid-July }
Note: Clementine Binder already in stock.
Note: Cobalt Binder already in stock.
NOTE: Remember, there will be limited quantities of the Core Kits at first (all made in the USA) but we have plenty more in the making already. Cherry, Clementine, and Turquoise will be re-stocked almost immediately (if they sell out quickly), as those are in-the-making here in the USA. Amber and Cobalt will be re-stocked on Amazon around October (if they sell out before then).
ALSO NOTE: The pictures shown on the Amazon listings need to be updated. We will have that shaped up by the time they’re for sale. If you’d like to see more details about card designs, etc. you can see all the same products in digital format on JessicaSprague.com.
AND ONE MORE NOTE FOR CORE KITS: These are the contents of the revised Core Kits.
Moving on to more products coming, besides the Core Kits:
Note: By “White Cards” we mean … yes, completely blank. Think … kids’ little bits of art, your own doodles, anything. The cards are completely white and completely ready for you to do anything you want to them. They’re pre-cut with rounded corners to the exact dimensions that you need for our Photo Pocket Pages.
You’ll love our new Core Kit packaging so much, you’ll probably want an empty tray for storing some of your other miscellaneous 3×4 and 4×6 cards for Project Life. This empty tray will come protected in the same, cool outer box that the Core Kits come in.
Also coming in the next few weeks …
We don’t have images yet, but I’ll share them as soon as we have them. You know Bazzill Cardstock? As in … my personal favorite cardstock for scrapbooking (for years)? We have a box of 3×4 and a box of 4×6 coordinating Bazzill cardstock for every single Project Life Edition. That’s 10 different items. They are pre-cut with rounded corners to the exact dimensions you need for our Photo Pocket Pages. This box of 60 cards in 10 different colors will be awesome background cards when you want to throw some receipts, movie ticket stubs, or other small memorabilia in a pocket – for example.
…..
{ more stuff showing up by mid-July }
…..
NOTE: All mentioned timing is applicable to U.S. customers and when we anticipate seeing product on Amazon.com. If you live outside the U.S. please refer to your country’s distributor HERE.
…..
{ coming october 2012 }
It sounds far away, but it’s just a few months!
And also due to arrive by late October … our highly-anticipated Baby products and Childhood products! Super excited about these, and totally itching to share sneak peeks with you sometime in July so you can get excited too!
…..
{ coming november 2012 }
Two new Project Life editions, of course! The two designers are already working on the two fantastic new looks, and we’ll reveal who they are later in July or early August.

There is never, ever a dull moment around here. : )

Can I just say I love you? It is amazing to me that you and your husband know what I want when I don’t even know! Matching solid cardstock already cut? -brilliant! And the blank cards, in both sizes! -Hooray! I look forward to the update about the baby core kits! A million thanks for making my life so much easier!
Wow! So much to be excited about. I especially look forward to the blank white cards and the Bazzill cardstock.
Oh I am so pleased to see the 4×6 cards! Previously I have purchased blank index cards from ebay but it ends up costing me around $20 for a pack of .99c cards (once shipping is on) so it’s awesome news.
Love the new dividers too!
Very Cool news! You guys make the best products. I have a question- When you announce the “new” editions, will you still sell the old versions, or will they retire? I am looking to place a huge order, but want to wait until all of the products are available. I would be so sad if the original editions wern’t around when I want to order. I am especially interested in the binders, as I go through them like crazy, making albums for my 3 kids….and am so excited about new designs! Thanks again for all that you do!
I am new to the Project Life concept; and cannot wait to start! I am so excited!!! *And wonder the same thing Lisa wonders. Should I stock up now on the in-stock items?*
Wow! You have been a busy girl. So many cool and exciting new products.
Thanks for being open and transparent about your business.
I am over the moon about the cardstock and the new page protectors. I especially like the new monthly dividers.
I love Project Life, so all the news about upcoming products is very exciting. But I also wanted to mention, I love hearing about the behind the scenes of your business and decisions you are having to make. Becky, you are incredible.
Fantastic work!
Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! This is such an exciting post. I love the new dividers! And the 4×6 grid cards. But most of all, the Bazzill paper!!!!! I squealed with delight when I read that. Thanks for all this hard work!! I’m putting together my wishlist in my head so I’m ready to order stuff as soon as Amazon has it available. Woohoo!!
Thank you SO MUCH for explaining the high level details behind your decisions regarding production! As a geek, I love such info. As an American, I think it is vital that as many people as possible are made aware of the struggles faced by small businesses; even large companies face the same issues as Becky Higgins, LLC has faced.
I appreciate your willingness to share such information with everyone. Thank you.
And the product! Oh my. The organizational tray being sold empty? Sheer brilliance!! The cardstock precut to the correct sizes with pre-rounded corners? Wowzers.
I need a job. I want to buy buy buy.
I truly appreciate how you have embraced our social media, using it to make your customers feel as though each item is being made personally for ‘me’. And of course the geek loves loves loves the details from behind the scenes.
Awesome update, thank you!!
Love all the new products, but the cardstock is genius. I am so excited that the matching dividers are coming back. Just wondering-have you considered making the dividers blank at the top (maybe with a white area) and offering them with the stickers that the blank ones have? That way you get the great designs without being confined to the months. Thanks for keeping us updated!
I am very excited. I have been waiting to start on PL for 8 months! I love the new additions (the pretty dividers and the card stock…yippee). I guess my only worry/anxiety is all those people who plan to order multiple kits for their stores or their ‘groups’. It’s giving me stomach cramps. LOL Like trying to buy concert tickets to Justin Beiber! Thinking I’m gonna be sitting on Amazon waiting for product and Amazon is gonna crash! Oh, dear! Well, here’s hoping that some of us newbie’s get at least one core kit first time around! Fingers crossed.
Regarding the made in the USA….I used to work as a contract employee for the Big 3 Auto’s. I am all about American made products and for a short time was in a union. My family/extended family all worked for the auto’s at one time or another…fathers, uncles, etc. It is so awesome that you are trying to have at least some of the product made in the USA but so perfectly understandable about the cost restrictions. My goodness, when I hear all these people going on and on about wanting things made in the USA…I agree…BUT…they don’t run companies! And, some of those same people go running off to Walmart and Costco to save $$$. Can’t have it both ways!
Glad to be purchasing from a company like PL that ‘walks their talk’ and tries so hard for quality and cost effectiveness. That’s why, after 8 long months of being antsy for starting PL, I’m still hanging in there with the rest of you and can excited about my purchase when I finally can make it! Keep up the good work!
It’s so frustrating things in America is so expensive, we want to help but sometimes it’s hard.
I’m so glad with the new products I want to see this childhood line is that going to be good for Pre K students?
I just talk about PL to a friend that is not a scrapbooker and she knows nothing about scrapbook and she loved the idea I think I will gift her with the new stuff she will love it !
No words just a massive Thank YOU Becky! Hugs. That’s all.
I love all the new products. I love everything you have created. I have to say though, I am so disappointed that the school kit still isn’t coming out in July. I have been waiting for it since last Winter, as in 2010. I love project life, but it so hard to wait.
(
Kristan
Why don’t you get some page protectors and get ready to do the school album in anticipation? You could simply make notes on bits of paper or write your journalling on the paper (just use paper from your printer) and fit them in the slots. Then when the kit arrives you can copy the notes onto the real PL cards. At least then you have your photos and memorabilia in place too?
I know this is a good idea, thanks. I have been collecting things for both of my children in anticipation. I am also looking forward to giving their baby albums a conversion to whatever Becky is coming up with in that area too. I started with the original set of PL and there has been talk about a “school kit” since then, so I really have tried to be patient! It’s not like I don’t have enough to document….I’m just really interested in this product.
I’m right there with you Kristan… Been waiting and waiting for the school kit and the piles keep growing bigger and bigger. In the meanwhile I’m trying to organize and get everything ready. I think when the sneak peek comes in July that will really help me visualize what the end result will look like and hopefully that will help me even more with the prep work as Ali mentioned.
I feel the same way about the school kit – we have been waiting so long for it!! Perhaps more time could have been spent on it rather than two more new versions of project life – just my opinion.
Thanks for the update and for explaining everything that you’ve been dealing with. I love PL and am so grateful that you created it for us. I appreciate all you do!!!! Hang in there Becky
))
Hello, I am totally behind and haven’t gotten any project life kits yet but I have been sitting on the edge of my chair waiting for them to come out, so that I make sure there is room in the budget can you please tell me what everything costs ?
Oh Im sorry now I see a price , I dont know how I missed it but anyway I CANT WAIT ! thanks
YAY!!!!! I am over the moon about the Bazzill cardstock! Sorry to hear your plans for printing in the USA didn’t go quite right, but I appreciate you working so hard & keeping the prices low. It definitely helps! Thank you team PL!!
Love, love, love the PL decorated month dividers, can’t wait to get them. Plus pre-cut Bazzill cardstock, I can’t wait. I never saw the original edition but I can’t wait to get my hands on the new cherry one and another amber and another clementine and lots of new page protectors.
Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication, you have made memory keeping easier and more affordable for all us.
Seriously Becky I have no idea how you do it all?! Project Life, scrapbooking, your faith, a beautiful home, great hubbie & kids – I can only assume you never sleep?!
I was lucky enough to get my Clementine kit a few months ago and completed the amber edition last year but I am so eagerly awaiting the baby kit it’s not true! Literally cannot wait to get my hands on one as I know it will be FAB! Thanks so much for all your hard work
Who knew I would be so excited for an empty tray!! And the new card stock! Thank you Becky and Team for all your hard work.
I just started my project life and I LOVE IT! Right now I’ve been cutting my own paper & it is a lot of work. I keep looking back at your site to see if the core kits are for sale yet! I can’t wait! All of your products are so charming. Many thanks to you & your production team!
I am sooo excited about the Bazzill!!
it’s like Christmas…. only maybe a little bit better! Can’t wait!!! Making my list and checking it twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for Amazon cards for my bday last month in anticipation of the new childhood and baby kits… CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn’t even know I needed an empty tray and now I’m wondering how I lived without it?? haha!
Thank you so much for thinking of all the little details… love it all!!
You are amazing Becky!!! Super excited! One quick question. Are the new kits going to have more horizontal journaling cards like the digital ones? And does that mean all journaling cards are colored, no more blank grids included?
Thank you so much! Can’t wait for all your new products!
Thank you for the update, but I have a question. When do the small pocket envelopes come in and the 12×6 ones come in stock? I didntsee those listed, but were in the video.
My bad! I accidentally omitted those items in the post. Thanks for asking, April. They’re now in the post with everything else that will show up mid-July.
I can tell you already, you will sell out of your first smaller quantity and the HUGE batch immediately! How do I know this?? Because the last two times I tried to get a core kit, they were sold out before I could get one!! I am so excited though! Thank you so much for all your hard work on our behalf! We love you!!
Can’t wait Becky! And thank you for all you do.
I am super excited about all the new items and the new boxing of the core kits! Can’t wait!
I am sooooo happy! I had emailed your team months ago asking if we would be able to purchase just the trays…at that time the answer was not possible… NOW IT IS!!!!! woohoo. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for listening to us and paying attention to what we want!!!! I LOVE project life!
Becky, you’re blowing me away with all that you have on your plate and how fabulous it all turns out! Thank you for all that you do and all your hard work. The new blank cards, and larger grid & blank cards (4×6) and bazill…how awesome are you!?!? Thanks for always anticipating our needs and filling them before we even ask.
I don’t know who your new designers are for the new kits, but may I suggest that Michelle Wooderson on your creative team is an awesome designer! I’ve loved her stamps and designs from PTI, and I know she would come up with some awesome designs for a “country-fied” core kit that many of us would love! =o) Just a suggestion…if she isn’t working on that already!
You are amazing, and we all CAN’T WAIT to get our hands on all of these PL goodies! Thanks again for all you do. Waiting, not so patiently, for the school kits is teaching me to exercise more patience than I have! =o) But, I know it will be worth the wait! Thanks again. Hugs to you.
Wow!! Thanks for keeping us in the loop! I’m loving my project life and I can’t wait for the baby editions to come out…my goal is to finish my son’s baby album before he is 5. One year is do-able, especially with PL!
I’m also very excited about the 4×6 cardstock to match each kit. So many cool things!!!!!
All of these new products look great, are there plans in the works to produce a 3×4 punch? I know it has been mentioned on here in the past.
Wow! Such a great update. I totally have been a blog stalker waiting to hear about product updates.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop. I am truly waiting for the baby kits to do for my two girls’ baby books. I’ve decided to just go ahead and order binders and pocket pages and just get organizing. Then I can add the cards when they come in October.
Thanks for all you do. You truly are thinking of your customers. I love supporting small business like yours that are truly one of a kind in today’s world. I hope you are able to accomplish all you want!!!
Sorry to hear you’ve had challenges. The products look gorgeous!
I love the dividers – will the holes line up for standard 8.5×11 or 8×8 albums, if I trim them to size?
Thanks again for your hard work and dedication!
All I can say is Holy Moly…I appreciate the time it takes you to do what you do and also that you explain the background to everyone. It is very sad that it is so much more expensive to do this in the USA but I know that you guys will make the best decisions for all of us. The new products look amazing and I am so excited about all of it. Thank you Becky for loving everyone enough to do all of this for us. I wish you much success in this endeavor. I can’t imagine the hours you guys have spent trying to bring all of this to everyone. God Bless you. <3
I’m super excited for all the new page protectors and the new editions/styles of PL, but at the same time the new editions are my concern. I know they are coming out in November but are they going to be here in time for Christmas. As a 3rd year Project Lifer I like doing a new style each year and I’m a Jan – Dec time frame. As I know how fast this stuff sells out, should I just get a different edition of the current editions or are you totally sure they will be ready to go in November. I mean I understand things come up and I get that it may cause delays but I just don’t want to get stuck with having nothing at all. Thanks for all that you do, I love your products and I even have my husband talking about it to other people at his work. Oh and is there a date/time frame for the Baby Editions yet? I mean I know you have updated a whole lot but I was just curious. Thanks again Becky.
-Andi
Keep up the great work! Thanks for keeping us informed. And we ALL appreciate you keeping the price the same on the core kit. You are an amazing business woman who really cares for her customers. Can’t wait to get my hands on all the new products. Thanks again!!
Hi Becky — the only thing I am not seeing that you previewed a few months back is the different size envelopes. Are those still coming with the release of the new sized photo pockets. As I recall there were some small and some large ones…thanks Becky!
Becky: You and David are amazing! I applaud you for trying to bring some of your production to the U.S. Hopefully, U.S. companies can do more of this and as you grow, I pray your costs will go down!! Also, I don’t mind paying more….everything you sell is very reasonable. You guys rock!
Leslie in NY
I agree with Leslie!!!
cannot wait to buy my kit for 2012~
I can’t wait to see the new ones!
and I LOVE the mix of pages you have too!
tara
So excited to see all the products and new things to look forward too. Everything is absolutely fabulous and cant wait to continue using and see what is new to come!
First of all…Thank you Becky for all you do for us crafter’s! You truly are an inspiration to me and I am loving items I have bought for the core kit! I have ALL my daughter’s school papers in totes and hopefully when the time comes it will be easy to add them to the core kit! I love how simple you made it for us! I am so excited to see the school core kit…hopefully there is enough to go around!
Again, I appreciate you and all you do!!!
The matching Bazzill cardstock has me tickled! What a brilliant idea, Becky…you’re just a creative genius!
WOW!! I really want a kit. Birthday present to mommy!!!
Wow! Just wow! So exciting & THANK YOU for keeping us all in the loop!
You have truly simplified my life while not compromising my creativity!
WOW. I can fully understand why you say, “Understatement of the year.” You HAVE BEEN BUSY. Thanks for sharing your creativity, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit to bless us all.
So exciting
Patiently waiting, want the cherry edition. Can’t wait to see the new ones!
AWESOME!
You are amazing, Becky! You must sleep so well at night because if I was you, I’d be completely exhausted.
I just want to let you know how much I love PL. My kids and husband love it as much as I do. This is my fourth year taking a picture every day and you’ve kept it very exciting this entire time.
I’m definitely wanting that Cherry kit! Amazing!!
Keep up the good work, Becky. We love you!
Wow! You have been busy! Thank you so much for taking the time to catch us up on what’s going on. Thanks for doing some production in the US and some elsewhere to stay in business. We NEED you to stay in business! Really, seriously NEED you to stay in business. Your products have helped to to keep going and not get overwhelmed. I can’t wait for the baby and school editions. My DS is now almost 13 and in 7th grade and I don’t have his baby books and I dont have his school one done yet, but I am not worried– when your kits come—I will get them done. THANK YOU.
I love all of it. Such a hard task to try to pick one! I love your products Becky, but most of all I love your honesty and the fact that you try different routes to have the same outcome. I admire that you let us know when you have failed and always end it on an up-note. You are real and you don’t pretend to be anything else. You totally rock and we are lucky that we have you to hold our hand through this project of a lifetime. Thank you for all of your effort and the family time that you sometimes have to sacrifice in order to work with us.
OMG!!!! These are so cute!!! I think I will get started with Project life! And i adore the different page protectors…so need them!
Thanks for keeping us informed! I’m really hoping to get it together soon and start using my kit!
a simple “thank you, becky” for all you do.
W.O.W. Love it all…especially that Cherry!!!
Anxiously anticipating:)

Amazing update! Keep up the good work! Love Project Life!
I can’t wait for all this to be released!
I am so excited about your new products. I am hoping to jump on board soon. Thanks for sharing the behind the scenes to your business.
SOOOO Excited I can’t wait……….
Oh my goodness! I just learned about Project Life on Facebook. I am so excited with the possibilities of creating wonderful albums.
Jennifer Olson says
Becky are you going to have a project life videos to watch on the new stuff
Becky, your products are just awesome. I’m loving the new stuff coming out mid July & October. I cant not wait to see the Baby Editions of Project Life. Excited!!!
Super interesting to get a behind the scenes of what it takes to run a business and put out a good quality product. Thanks for sharing!
Becky,
Amazed at how people glossed right over yet another company announcing due to higher wages in US, they can’t afford to make products here. We’ll just ship them back overseas again. Yep, pressmen aren’t cheap but you get the experience and skill that come with the pay they earn.
Maybe you would find that some are still willing to pay for a quality product. I’d for sure like to know which products you are producing here in the US so we know which ones to buy.
Thank you for trying, I’m sure it’s a difficult decision when we were all so excited to see them made here.
Oh man! That Cherry is AWESOME! Please tell me that is going up on Shutterfly at some point!! I am loving the Shutterfly option. I tried doing this digitally last year and just could not keep up. With Shutterfly – it’s now July 3rd and I am STILL GOING! It has made this project so easy for me. Please please please put Cherry (and the 2 new ones!) up on Shutterfly! I want to do this again next year.
The suspense on the baby and childhood products is killing me!!
I have a newborn, a rising Pre-K and a rising 1st grader and I’m anxious to get started on their albums before I get too far behind. Love the Project Life products and can’t wait to see the new stuff. Thanks for the detailed update!
Also anxiously awaiting the baby project life!!! Have a new arrival coming next week and then a 2 year old who I also need to do an album for
Cannot wait for pictures and details!!!
How I wish all companies were as honest and straight forward as you guys are. You really, really care about your customers. Thank you for all you do.
Thanks for the great update. Very exciting to hear about all the work you’ve been doing.
Becky and family, I appreciate your honesty about PL. I also appreciate all of your hard work!! Can’t wait to get my hands on the new stuff
. Thanks again for making memories easy and fun.
Becky and team, thank you so much for all of your endless hours of planning that go into Project Life…Looking forward to seeing all of the new goodies that will be available.
WOW Becky I am absolutely astounded at how you have managed to make PL even better, so many choices, I can’t wait to try them all out, LOL!
Thanks for everything you guys do!
so, So, SO, SOOOOOOOOOOO excited for these to be released – I keep stalking and stalking for news! Totally wish there was a way to “preorder’ on Amazon, I don’t want to run the risk of the release finally happening while we’re on vacation!
I already have the Clementine binder and cardstock, and I’ve been waiting for the Clementine Core Kit – but I think I may have to also buy the Cherry Edition Binder and Core Kit when they are released.
I love them! Thank you, Becky!
I love that you explained the production costs associated with printing in US vs overseas. Of course we want to buy Amercian when we can but sometimes the costs just can’t make it happen. It is important for people to understand that and realize the cost of many of their goods would be so out of reach if everything was made here. The recession would be much much worse!
Nonsense. If less and less is made here, less and less will have jobs here. Who will buy PL then? It’s a vicious cycle that starts when we want everything made as cheaply as possible and ends when fewer and fewer have jobs and can no longer afford to buy. And the cycle cycles.
Keep on smiling Becky, even when it gets stressful, we are with you.
Thanks for trying so hard to make your products in the U.S. We appreciate your efforts and hope you are successful in keeping as much production as possible here, while also understanding the need to keep prices reasonable.
Just love the month dividers, the envelopes, and the arrow stickers. I’ve been making my own homemade arrows for years because I haven’t found any available to buy until now.
becky, hang in there! i so appreciate your positive outlook (at least on the blog) about everything that is happening with your products. when i read feedback fridays, i always stop and think about how kind you are to everyone with questions. i just filled a january to june album with project life. when i flipped through it yesterday, i realized this is the first time i have ever felt “finished” with a scrapbook. with my older, event-based books, there was always one other page or layout i could have added. but my first project life album is truly a comprehensive look at my husband’s and my life for the past six months. and i have enjoyed every single minute i spent putting it together. thank you! and here’s to the next album!
Ohh I’m so excited to see all the new page protectors and to hear the new designers will be releasing in November, and I can’t wait to see the reveal. I’ll probably stalk your blog around that time… well I do that anyway. I’ll be making the decision around September whether or not I’m going with colbalt or waiting a month for the new editions. I haven’t seen them and its already a hard decision. I’ve had such a fun time and I’ve captured so much with project life this year. In only 3 months I will have documented the entire 2nd year of my daughters life. ahhhh it was so easy, streamlined, and simple thanks to project life.
I am a new fan and don’t have any of the products yet. However, as soon as they are available to the UK I shall be purchasing my first ever PL binder, c ore kit etc. I am already hooked and can’t wait to get started. I know my kids are 19, 16 and 6 and I have lost a lot of tiny memories so this is the time.
Thank you for bringing this product to the masses.

Im oober excited for these products Becky! I want so many things, not just for my album now but for the albums to come! I need to make my shopping list now, and be sure to order as soon as they are available! And those dividers, love them!!
Wow, those things are lovely indeed! Thanks for sharing this.
After hearing all of the talk about the higher quality that US products would bring to Project Life I’m really disappointed to read that you’re already looking to manufacture overseas. This is truly not what I wanted to hear. It’s always about money, really sad!
I am sooo excited to see all the new products! I can’t wait to see the childhood and baby products. Your line is so awesome!! Thank you for all the hard work you put into all of your fabulous products. I can’t wait to place another order
Plus, I am excited to see that I can save time again now that you are making white cards available and cardstock cards too! I will not miss cutting down cardstock
