Within hours of blogging about the delays and how it would be next Friday before we see the plastics arrive, they start showing up on Amazon tonight! I completely do not understand what is going on this week but I am sooooo happy – as I am sure many of you are – to have these hot items available now!

Yes – Unfortunately all of the Design G Photo Pocket Pages in these Variety Packs were found to be … not perfect. They still “work” and they’re still totally functional. But the pocket sizes are slightly incorrect (in the whole batch – *sigh*) which means that our 3×4 and 4×6 cards aren’t a PERFECT fit in the pockets.

On the bright side, we have automatically discounted this Small Variety Pack 1 on Amazon. The pack of 12 has been reduced $2.00 – so it’s $4.99 instead of $6.99 because of the 3 “defective” pages that are in the package. This would absolutely be a FANTASTIC time to pick up the sampling of new Photo Pocket Pages. And besides – Design G (in perfect condition) – is available in its own pack of 12, if you are sad to miss out of those in the Variety Pack.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience (trust me) and yes – new packs are being produced now (with the correction) and I’ll keep you updated when I have an estimated arrival date.

It’s amazing how some plastic pages can make some of us very, very giddy. I know without a doubt that so many of those feelings come from a place of relief knowing that there are all these excellent products that help us get our memory-keeping done without all the fuss, without all the time, without the overwhelming feeling that scrapbooks have to be utterly time-consuming to put together.

Just had to follow up about my order. Only good things by the way!
Fortunately, I live in a border city and use a US shipping service to receive packages as my fellow Canadians will agree, usually we can wait around 2 weeks for deliveries that originate from the US.
Anyhow, I ordered on the 27th and received an email that they had been received first thing in the morning on July 31st (and 2 of the days in between were a weekend). Awesome! That is seriously fantastic customer service and just had to come back here and say that!
A Thursday Miracle is right! Thank you again Becky, can’t get enough of your amazing products. It’s a shame Amazon can’t communicate with you a little better but we’ll take the product showing up sooner than anticipated anytime.

Okay, I went to order and now you can no longer get free shipping with Amazon Prime for your lower priced items. Bummer. I won’t be ordering. I removed the plastic from my cart.
I ran into the same problem canceled my order and then re-ordered with enough items to reach $25.00. I added a DVD that I had been wanting to reach the 25. This was the first time that I had run into this problem as a Prime member. HTH.
This happened to me too when I tried to change the quantity of a couple things. I just cancelled and started over to reach the $25 and then it worked fine. But I don’t have Prime, I was just trying to get the super saver shipping.
I’m just disappointed because one of the main reasons I went to Prime (which by the way is not free – it’s $79 a year) was so I didn’t have to always come up with $25.00 orders. I figure that the $79 I pay subsidizes the shipping. Right? Unfortunately, now to me it just promotes overspending and I refuse to do this.

Have you noticed that ordering at Scrapbooker’s innercircle Europe is not interested for the European market, because the price difference is too high?
When I make an order with a binder-core kit-2 sets pockets-dividers:
I have to pay at Scrapbooker’s innercircle Europe GPB 88,16 (= Euro 112,65) when I make the exactly same order at Amazon.com the price is $ 83,95 (= Euro 68,15).
Almost double the price!!!
The shipping costs Scrapbooker’s innercircle Europe GPB 22,20, Amazon.com $ 3,99 or $ 6,99.
Even I have to pay VAT and customs clearance it’s cheaper to order at Amazon. The GPB is too expensive for the European market.

as a customer, it’s sad to see how fast these items sell out! i made my order and got what i wanted, but i’m thinking i should have ordered more 6×6 envelopes. i think i’m really going to use these a lot, but who knows how long i’ll have to wait to get more… oh well.

I know it’s incredibly difficult to gauge interest and stock appropriately, but I’m disappointed and frustrated that the protectors I wanted and waited for since their announcement sold out in about 24 hours. The only 24 hours this month that I was out of the reach of the internet.
Like another poster, I also wonder why these products no longer qualify under Prime.
I think that, for me, it’s time to step back from the PL machine and go back to my unenlightened ways. It’s too frustrating to wait and hope and expect these products to come available and then almost immediately get disappointed.

is there a way to find out the exact exact measurements for each pocket on the different pages? That way I can print them for the size for each one?

I have Amazon prime and I ordered a handful of separate shipments and none of them were total of $25 or more. All of my items shipped for free with Prime.

I just wanted to let you know, not to complain, but just to inform you, because I know how very important your products are to you. The page protectors keep coming with fingerprints and they’re not only not able to be wiped off, they’re scratched into the plastic. It’s as if their gloves are rough to make it easier to grasp the plastics, but, they’re being scratched in the process. It’s not a matter of me wanting to exchange them or anything because they’re just all that way, I just wanted to let you know.

I just received by plastics, I ordered 6 styles and also the envelopes. I love them. I had some 5×7 and 8 x10 photos just waiting to go into my album. I am waiting for the core kits to be restocked and also the 3×4 cards. I truly hope enough of the 3 x4 cards will be available to go around. It is a staple to PL. Becky, I am so happy that the product is being made in USA. More companies should be following your example.
Hey Becky, got my order last week and love love love everything especially the trays, I was pleasantly supprised that they came in a box too made them even better, I put all my extra stuff from past years PL kits in them and now its all nice and tidy so when I back track a little everything I need is right there in the trays. I love Becky Higgins’ products. I started scrapbooking about 15 years ago and after 4 kids, I am slowly getting behind and love this concept to be able to keep up with all the pictures.
Thank you so much! I’m loving my new plastics, but am now also wishing for more sizes. In particular, a half sheet, 8.5×5.5 both vertical and horizontal would be nice.
I’ve found a lot of half sheets from my son’s school that just don’t fit in the 5×7.
Becky, are you going to be creating/stocking cardstock for the Cherry Edition? I have gone back and tried to locate any information in your blog posts and seem to be missing it. I love the color and patterns in the Core Kit and would love coordinating cardstock! Thanks!
