I’m loving my new plastics, but am now also wishing for more sizes. In particular, a half sheet, 8.5×5.5 both vertical and horizontal would be nice. :D I’ve found a lot of half sheets from my son’s school that just don’t fit in the 5×7.

I love them. I had some 5×7 and 8 x10 photos just waiting to go into my album. I am waiting for the core kits to be restocked and also the 3×4 cards. I truly hope enough of the 3 x4 cards will be available to go around. It is a staple to PL. Becky, I am so happy that the product is being made in USA. More companies should be following your example.

I just wanted to let you know, not to complain, but just to inform you, because I know how very important your products are to you. The page protectors keep coming with fingerprints and they’re not only not able to be wiped off, they’re scratched into the plastic. It’s as if their gloves are rough to make it easier to grasp the plastics, but, they’re being scratched in the process. It’s not a matter of me wanting to exchange them or anything because they’re just all that way, I just wanted to let you know.

Fortunately, I live in a border city and use a US shipping service to receive packages as my fellow Canadians will agree, usually we can wait around 2 weeks for deliveries that originate from the US.

Anyhow, I ordered on the 27th and received an email that they had been received first thing in the morning on July 31st (and 2 of the days in between were a weekend). Awesome! That is seriously fantastic customer service and just had to come back here and say that! :)
