We loved this submission from Sarah and Burton Richardson. Sarah wrote, “As soon as we decided to try to get pregnant, my husband got this idea for a time lapse video. He’d never seen it done with video footage, only with photo montages. Every week, I stood in the same spot at our martial arts dojo and did my little twirl up to 2 days prior to giving birth. The very last twirl was done when our baby was one week old. We are very pleased with the result and trust this could inspire some of your readers to do the same. My child is now almost 3 and I do cherish this video.”
So cool.

Becky,
Thanks for sharing these! They made me smile!
Here is my favorite Christmas video, done by friends of ours. Their youngest daughter had a brain aneurism at 5 weeks old. She is now 3 years old. This video shows the live her older sister has for her. It is so delightful!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGjcfwySTKM&feature=youtube_gdata_player
I hope you enjoy it, too!
Oops…*love*
That is absolutely awesome! Thank you for sharing this!
THANK YOU to the Richardson family for sharing this treasure with us.
Becky, I have a PL question that I’d like to pose here if I may. Really, a request:
I am slowly visiting each of your 2013 Creative Team’s individual social media sites, but I’m wondering if sometime this year (sooner than later would be AMAZING – lol) you could please ask them to address what has ALWAYS been my biggest stumbling block as a scrapper.
(Are you in suspense yet? LOLOL)
MEMORABILIA.
Here’s been my tactic so far: I keep ephemera (remember when that term really came into scrapbooking??) in a page protector or ziploc bag dedicated to each month. Your large monthly binder envelopes would be PERFECT for this
At the end of each month, I somehow use them to fill in “gaps” where a) no journaling card is necessary, and/or b) no photo was taken for that day. Sometimes I’ll use something AS a journaling card or WITH/as PART OF a journaling card. Maybe even with a photo.
Problem is that I really keep more ephemera than I should, I think. I try to photograph things that I don’t want to forget (this is also my preventative to hoarding, er, KEEPING things solely because of the memories attached to them … not because they have any real USE, even as a memento such as baby’s first shoes, etc.).
I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear the suggestions from any/all of your team members who have successfully battled this scrapbooking “beast”.
Thanks so much
simple and so effective little video
Oh, My… that was AMAZING!!! LOVED IT!!! I’m pretty sure that we’re done having babies… otherwise, would have wanted to try that someday.
So stinkin cute. Now I want another baby! LOL!! Thanks for sharing.
