Raise your hand if you still have yet to get your wedding pictures into an album.
Creative Team member Teresa Victor decided to finally tackle the wedding photos she had sitting in a box for the past 5 years with the help of our beautiful Olive Edition – which is currently on sale for 20% off through Monday, February 18th.
Being a predominantly digital scrapbooker, this was Teresa’s first chance to see just how simple it could be to put together an entire album with the physical Project Life products. She shared more about her process and experience in this blog post. She mentions: I haven’t added any journaling to the album yet because of printer woes, but to be honest, I LOVE Olive and this album so much that even if I never did, I’d still be ecstatic to just have what I do now.

Okay – now. Raise your hand if you’re totally inspired to getting your wedding photos into an album! Many of you know that we do have the Wedding Edition coming in May. Keep in mind that is a MINI Kit – not a full Core Kit. If you missed that, you can see sneak peeks of the Project Life Mini Kit – Wedding Edition in our catalog which is on the left side of our Products page. Options to consider. : )

This is totally BEAUTIFUL! She has done a great job, congrats it’s done!
Beautiful! The Olive Edition makes a beautiful wedding album!
This is so inspiring! Just last night I was trying to figure out how to get my wedding album done using Project Life but I couldn’t wrap my brain around it. Now I’m SO ready. Too bad the Olive kit doesn’t go with ANY of my wedding colors! Lol
I know and the black/grey wedding album kit doesn’t grab me too modern!
great job-love it
LOVE this! The Olive style works so well for a wedding and looks like it will blend nicely with the Wedding mini kit coming out. The colors clash horribly with my wedding colors, so I think I’m going to buy the digital version while it is on sale and convert it to grayscale in Photoshop before I print the cards.
Lovely!
Way to go! And yes, totally inspired. We didn’t have an album made on the outset, and of course, looking into having one put together and bound is an estimate of between $700 and $1000. And while I know the end product would be a beautiful album, in the end, I really just want our wedding photos printed and documented. Being able to journal the album will put a really personal touch to it, and will know I can appreciate it even more because I put my heart into it. Looking forward to the Wedding Mini Kit coming out this Spring and hopefully can mix it with another kit to match our wedding colors.
Zomg! My wedding album is no fun, but I think with these ideas I might be inspired to finish and bring more color and VA VA VOOM into my album! YAY thank you!!
Oh my goodness. Beautiful! My wedding pictures have been in a box for 5 years, too. May just have to copy this idea. Thanks for posting! Love. It. To. Pieces.
Beautiful and done = Love!
I was already inspired by Project Life, so that I purchased Clementine and binder pages earlier this week to make more of a “Beginning of Us” album. I’m starting when we first met through the wedding.
We got married in December 2009, so it isn’t too long ago, but I’m excited to get it done with Project Life.
Oh this is so beautiful! Great job! I got married in July 2008 and my photos are still on the computer… It’s really time to make it!!!
Thanks for the inspiration.
We just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and our photos have been kept safe in little flip-albums ever since. I’ve ordered a Midnight album and wedding mini kit to finally get the job done! Half of our photos are black and white or sepia so I think the black and white PL cards will work well. I’m planning to put little bits and pieces I’ve kept like fabric swatches, invitations etc into our album too. Looking forward to getting onto this project in our autumn!
Ooh..I am totally inspired – so beautiful Teresa. Just writing my to-do list for next week and I think I will now put “create a wedding album” on top of my list! We are coming up to our 13th wedding anniversary – better late than never! I think I will present it to my husband on our anniversary so we can reminisce. Thank you for the inspiration.
congrats on getting your album finished and THANK YOU for the inspiration for the rest of us!!!
Lovely album!!
This is beautiful!!! Being new to Project Life it was great seeing all the different styles of pages being used. Loved the opening page as I did not know that the cards make a larger design. It looked awesome! Thanks.
