things to know today.

Hello, Friday. And hello to all you fine people. I had an awesomely creative day yesterday. Didn't even sit down at the computer until 11:00 pm. Spent time with a couple of my besties and hung out with my family and I put together something beautiful for our home. Here's a hint.

I'd show you the whole thing but then I'd have to kill you. Actually, it's the perfectionist in me. I have just a teeny bit of tweaking to do before it's just right. And then I'll share the full arrangement. : )

Now on to a few items of business:

[ SOLD OUT ]

As of this morning, Project Life is officially SOLD OUT on Amazon! This leads me to make 2 important comments:

1. YES, we are printing more Project Life kits. Yes, yes, and yes. I will be sure to let you know as soon as we have an approximate availability date.

2. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. This is so much more than a business for me. It didn't even start that way. This is a passion. A passion for organizing pictures and stories and memories into a anyone-can-do-this format with beautiful results. And because so many of you get that about Project Life ... you have shared the concept with friends and family. And so I thank you for being an essential part of our Project Life community.

[ LIKE FONTS? ]

I'm pleased to tell you that in the digital version of Project Life we have now added two of my fonts to the collection. CK Jot is my everyday handwriting (legible enough for the journaling) and CK Becky is my script -- a looser cursive (fun for titles). So if you already have an account, you'll notice these in your font options now.

If you haven't played around with the digital Project Life, IT'S SUPER EASY. And totally free to get in there and start building a book. No obligation to buy anything if you don't want. Check it out HERE, watch the short instructional video, and get in there and play!

PS - The "CK" part of those font names is because I created the fonts back in the day ... at CK. During my 12 years at Creating Keepsakes magazine, one of my little things was that I created dozens of fonts. These two fonts integrate particularly well with Project Life.

[ YOUR QUESTIONS ]

Referring to the post right before this one ... you guys are awesome. Some really great questions in the the mix. Some are just so funny, some are rather deep, and some are for sure not answer-able in 3 words or less! I will be posting many of those answers in the coming days. You're still welcome to add a question to those comments here, if you want.

Wishing you an awesome weekend.

an appropriate wedding gift

This was the note I attached to a bridal shower gift last night (click on it to enlarge):

The gift, naturally, is Project Life. And I happen to think it's a brilliant wedding gift. Think about that for a second. How cool would that be to have a record of daily glimpses of your first year of marriage? What I wouldn't do for that. Know anyone getting married soon?

I'm just sayin'.

PS - I just checked the inventory on Amazon and -- folks, we're at the bottom of the barrel. Like the bottom. Yes, we are reprinting more kits but manufacturing takes time and we're expecting that Project Life will sell out before we can get more kits in stock. So if you think you want to order and you can picture yourself being really bummed if you go to order only to find out they're sold out ... I would recommend you go for it.

Just sayin'.

one of my favorite nooks & project life inspiration

I know. This picture practically matches my website. Ever wonder where the color palette inspiration for my website came from?

This is a corner of our kitchen counter. I so enjoy clear containers. You might remember the tall piece filled with sparkly ornaments for the holidays (this post). I was on a quest to find something to put in there after the holidays. Thanks to one of my all-time favorite go-to stores, Home Goods, I found the perfect filler last week. Love, love, loving the orange with the aqua.

Big canisters: Where else, but Target? : )

Stuff in the canisters: Ingredients we actually use (I love when form and function come together). Flour, sugar, rice, granola.

Challenge: Have you taken a picture of one of your favorite corners in your home? If not, do it this weekend.

-----

By the way, for those of you trekking along with your Project Life (or for anyone intrigued) ... How would you like to take a peek at someone's work in progress? Jessica Turner did a short video, flipping through her album, discussing her approach. She also shares a few links to other really great Project Life albums. So if you're in the mood for a little inspiration ... go here.

Yes, we're still working on getting a Gallery set up here on my site so that we all have a home base for sharing Project Life ideas and photography ideas. It's coming.

challenge follow-up & a new recipe

Yesterday I asked a question to those of you who follow me on Facebook and Twitter. It was a follow-up to yesterday's blog post: What would be your one word that describes how you feel today?

And hundreds of replies later ... you told me. You told me how you felt. A one-word answer to sum up how you were feeling yesterday. By the way, so many of you said tired! Sounds like we may need a little pep talk on prioritizing a good night's sleep tonight, people. Some of the others that really stood out to me for one reason or another were:

Canadian | favored | defeated | futility | longing | pink | fragile | fanciful | moody | melancholy | cluttered | de-cluttered | hurting | tested | renewed | healing

So I'll remind you of the challenge: Take a picture that might express that feeling you have in any given day. Didn't have to be yesterday. Doesn't have to be today. Just sometime when you're ready to do a little creative exercise. Many of you have already taken the challenge and photographed the feeling. Awesome. You will soon have a place to share those pictures with others who share your interest of capturing life, one picture at a time.

I'm pleased to tell you that we are really, really close to launching the Gallery on beckyhiggins.com. The Gallery will be a place for you to share your photography, as well as your full Project Life layouts, if you want. It will be a place for you to share with others, and a place for all of us to learn from each other and gain inspiration on the kinds of pictures that we take ... whether for Project Life or just because.

One of my recent POTDs was this.

It wasn't "what we did" that day or "today's highlight" or even "how I felt". It's the little stuff. It was a day that I washed out all my makeup brushes. That's it. A routine thing. Nothing special. It's just something that I do, and therefore ... it's part of life.

Hey, by the way -- I have finally, FINALLY posted a new recipe. I know. It's a big day here on beckyhiggins.com. It's only been since ... oh, Thanksgiving (!) that I posted a recipe, for pete's sake. Kinda got busy there for a while, sorry. Anyway, it's a salad and it's super duper de-LISH. As in, way yummy. Check it out here.

If you are in Canada or anywhere else in the world and want to order the Project Life kit, go HERE.

If you are interested in the digital version of Project Life and you are anywhere in the world, go HERE.

If you're not interested in Project Life, here's a pretty picture so you can at least say you got something out of this post. ; )

Taken somewhere on the Mexican coast last month. I actually have no idea where we were that day. A little boat took us there. That's all I remember. I was just happy to not be doing customer service on my laptop for a few hours. Totally fell asleep in the chair while David scuba-dived. Good times.

international friends ... this is happy, happy news

This is my 5th blog post in one day. Probably a personal record. Yowsers.

So ... I'll get right to it. Short & sweet. I am pleased to share good news with all of you Canadian and other international customers. We are in the process of making arrangements for you to be able to order Project Life from a Canadian distributer (who is now your new best friend, right?)

We still need to firm up some details and those available kits still need to make their way across the big ocean, so it will be another few weeks or so, but ... BUT ... you'll have the option to order Project Life!

Please understand that we have been working crazy-hard to take care of all the existing orders and dealing with so many shipping issues (hence the immense love we have for Amazon right now) ... that we are only now able to get this figured out. We hear you. We know you were disappointed with the news of Amazon not doing international shipping. We love our international customers. We are so grateful to see that there is now a solution for you.

More details to come. Of course.

and this, my friends, is why we moved to amazon.

The inventory showed up at the Amazon warehouse this morning. It's the middle of the afternoon and Amazon has already fulfilled hundreds of Project Life orders. Fulfilled as in ... they have shipped already!

That's what I'm talking about, folks.

You'll notice the black button to the right of my blog. That's where you can click to buy Project Life any time now.

Project Life on Amazon!

Woah! Okay, so when they told me yesterday that Amazon would be receiving our inventory on Monday ... you can imagine my surprise when I started hearing some buzz that folks were buying Project Life on Amazon ... TODAY!

Remember ... you have two options. This is the scrapbooking kit. The digital offering of Project Life is another option (see posts about this by scrolling down to posts from this week) and will be available very soon. I will try to post some FAQs about the digital offering today so that you can be more informed.

CLICK ON THIS BOX:

Note: Apparently Amazon received just part of the inventory today, so if by some chance you try to order later today or this weekend and it says that Project Life is sold out ... it's really NOT because the rest of the inventory will probably show up Monday.

You guys know I'm a communicator. I'll stay in touch with updates. : )

----------

Attn: International customers

Amazon.com does not ship outside of the U.S. As I know this is disappointing to some of you, I'll explain further.

We launched this product back in November and made it available to everyone, worldwide. Everyone had a chance. Since then we have learned a lot. (Remember: We're a brand-spanking-new company.) One of those lessons, even though unfortunate, is how complicated and difficult and expensive it is to take, fulfill, and ship international orders. We regret to tell you that we are no longer able to take international orders.

There is good news, however. The digital version of Project Life will be available very soon (the plan is Monday). This may be a great solution for you! You'll be able to sign in to your account, add your photos & journaling (every day, every week ... whenever you want) and then have a professional printed and bound book at the end of creating your book. We are arranging for those digitally-created books to be able to ship internationally. The shipping costs should be far less expensive than the scrapbooking kit because the end product is much smaller & lighter.

In the meantime, a little tip: One option is to have it shipped to someone you may know in the U.S. and have that person ship it to you.

Oh -- And we are working on possibly making the kits available through a wholesale channel to Canadian customers. It's not certain yet, but we are working on it. More details & information coming.

update and my evolving view of scrapbooking

It's a double-post type of day. Several things I want to address.

[ amazon timing update ]

We were expecting our Project Life inventory to reach Amazon by tomorrow. I was notified today that Amazon has requested a Monday delivery instead. Ugh. Come on. Do they really think that there are other products that are a higher priority than Project Life? Don't they know that you guys have been patiently waiting for these kits to become available again? Seriously though, I'm sorry for the delay. I wish there were something I could do about it. At least I can update you so you know what to expect. Once Amazon actually receives the products, they can possibly be available for purchase that same day or sometimes it can take a day or two.

Some of you have expressed that you're nervous the kits will sell out. I'm pretty sure we'll have enough inventory, but if sales go through the roof (then YAY for that), please know that we'll most certainly consider a reprint immediately. NOTE: I promise to announce as soon as it's available on Amazon. If you insist on absolute immediacy (and it's okay if you do) ... then follow me on Facebook or Twitter. That's the next best thing to me personally sending you a text message or an email.

----------

[ digital update ]

The latest on launching the digital site for Project Life is that it's looking like Monday. We're working very, very hard to make everything just right for you.

----------

[ compare & contrast information ]

If you're not able to hear the audio on my video clip for any reason, I will have all that information in the form of a comparison chart soon.

----------

[ price explanation on the Project Life kit ]

We launched Project Life back in November with the introductory price of $39.95, plus shipping (which was roughly $13 for most locations in the U.S.). Now with the fulfillment change, the price on Amazon will be $49.99, but this price includes shipping. So the final price is just a few bucks less now.

Note: In the land of Amazon, if you spend $25 or more on anything fulfilled by Amazon (like our Project Life kits), the shipping is free for you, but paid by us (the vendor). Amazon gets better shipping rates than the shipper we used at first. That's why it's a few dollars cheaper on Amazon.

----------

Now on to more deep stuff.

----------

[ what about my 2008 albums? ]

A fellow blog reader, Kelli, asked a great question after I posted my about my ah-ha moment yesterday. She asked, How does this digital 2008 monthly scrapbook differ from your 12x12 albums for 2008? Or did you not do 12x12 pages that year?

And that's just it, Kelli. I had a list of layouts-to-do. I always have. And, like many of you, I have gotten pretty "behind" on the scrapbooking that I wanted to do. So while I did a handful of layouts in 2008, I still had plenty of "catching up" to do in our family album and the kids' albums. So now that I have my little family yearbook for 2008, I'm not worried about creating those layouts. So liberating! I was telling a friend yesterday how I'm going to ceremoniously burn that layouts-to-do list. And when I do, I'll share the picture with you guys. : )

Kelli went on to ask, Do you have any issues with the digital books being a different size than your other albums? I am trying to decide what will work best for me and my order-driven ways make me think I'd like all 12x12 albums, although I love the digital idea.

Another great question. To each her own. My personal answer is that I am so over it. I'm so stoked about these easy-to-create digital books and their small, skinny size. Seriously. Do you guys know how many full-size albums we have in our house? Too many. Specifically, 52. No joke. And that's not including smaller "theme" albums.

So trust me, I am really, really ready for these little books.

----------

[ what about your sketches? ]

Teresa asked another great question: What about all of your sketches? Are you ditching all of that for digital PL concepts? Really?

Yes ... and no. I'll explain.

Welcome to my personal evolution. I've been heavily involved in the hobby of picture-taking and memory-keeping since I was a child. And my approach & strategy & theory has evolved over time. It's natural. And I love it. I've loved every stage. This happens to be my current approach to scrapbooking. it's liberating & exciting for not only me, but clearly many of you too. I am so solution-minded these days. It's what I care about. Creating solutions that help you & me both.

As for the "no" part of my answer ... No, I'm not ditching the sketches. I am so happy that my sketches have helped so many of you in your scrapbooking over the years. And they've helped me too. And I will continue to refer to my sketches when doing layouts for the kids' baby books and other creative projects.

----------

[ But does Project Life really help tell our family's story accurately? ]

Teresa continues with a good point: As much as I like the PL and P365, I'm not sure I will be doing this each and every year. I don't think it adequately highlights each of my children's accomplishments, stages, changes, etc.

Very valid concern and perhaps some of you share Teresa's concern. My response is this: Based on my experience of traditional scrapbooking for many, many years and my new approach of taking a picture-a-day ... our family's story is being told so much more accurately and completely than any other scrapbooking I have ever done. (Remember, I have 52+ albums FULL of story-telling, memory-keeping scrapbook pages.)

Now think of how many friends and family members you have that are not doing anything with their pictures. From what you know about Project Life and the flexibility to either do a picture-a-day or a picture-a-week or a few favorite shots each month, or however you want to use it ... can you see how Project Life will help people to actually do something with their pictures?

And last time I checked, something is better than nothing.

That said, Project Life is an option. There are lots of options for memory-preserving, picture-displaying, family history-keeping, and story-telling. I offer Project Life as a possible solution for you. And your friends.

You've got to read this post from Lisa, a fellow Project Lifer. She shares her thoughts on how the picture-a-day approach has been an eye-opening way to see daily blessings in her life.

Again, I thank you for asking such thoughtful questions.

solution, solution, solution.

Solution.

It's the big word on my mind right now. I am not sure how to adequately describe my feeling of total excitement. The reason I have brought Project Life in the form of a scrapbooking kit and soon a digital offering, is because this approach to photo organization and story telling has been a solution for me, personally. If I weren't passionate about this philosophy and format, I wouldn't have built a business around the idea.

But you already know how I feel about Project Life.

Okay, so many of you (thousands of you) are on-board with Project Life. (Seriously - YAY!) And it's awesome. I'm so completely thrilled that you see this as a solution in your life right now. But let me ask you something: What's the story with all those pictures on your computer (or in shoeboxes) from past years? Have you done anything with those yet?

Or do they remain on your I-really-will-get-to-this-one-day list?

This is my message today. Consider it a heads-up. When the digital offering of Project Life goes live (still aiming for Friday) and you can all get in there and explore & play & learn & start building your books, you will see that there are 2 versions of Project Life books ready for you. One is week-at-a-glance, which so many of you are familiar with (picture-a-day) ... and ... the other is month-at-a-glance. Lower-maintenance, still just as fun, still an awesome way to tell your stories & display your photos. A fraction of the cost because it's less printing.

So today -- right now, in fact -- I'm working on a sample of this month-at-a-glance book. It's our family yearbook for 2008. I didn't take a picture every day in 2008. But I took a lot of pictures. And I bet you did too. Now ... I'm getting our whole year in one little book, one month at a time. Seven favorite pictures for each month. And that's it! I will be printing copies for each of our kids and I will officially be "caught up" with that year.

People. Do you see the vision? Do you see how you can go back to past years and do a whole year's worth of "scrapbooking" with this month-at-a-glance book? I am so giddy about it.

Solution.

Project Life: comparing digital vs. scrapbooking kit

This video is a brief compare/contrast look at the two Project Life offerings: The scrapbooking kit (which thousands of you are already using and some of you are waiting for it to become available on Amazon.com this week) and the digital/online photo book which will be launching later this week as well.

This video does not answer all the questions about the digital Project Life. I'm working on the FAQs so that you're as informed as you possibly can be. That list of FAQs is coming soon. You've asked really great questions, thank you!

[ PS - In the original video my head is not cut off. Who knows why that happened when I got it up on YouTube. ]

pinkalicious party

Hello there fine people. First, a quick Project Life timing update:

1. Project Life on amazon.com: The kits will likely be available for purchase (again) by the end of next week, January 22nd. Don't etch that in stone, but it should be close to that time.

2. Digital version of Project Life: We are just wrapping up a few details -- want it to be perfect for you -- and should be able to launch this next week sometime. We're so close. Many of you have been so patient and I thank you. You'll see that it's worth the wait. I'm so stinking excited about it. Just got my sample book and seriously, it rocks.

If you would like to be notified when Project Life becomes available again -- Amazon and/or the digital offering or anything else that I do for that matter -- just click on a button on the right side of this blog. Sign up for my eBlast newsletter or follow me on Twitter or Facebook and you'll know right when it happens.

3. Replacement pieces: For those of you who have emailed Customer Service about some part of your kit that was damaged or missing, we are getting closer to having the supplies to replace those pieces & parts you need. We should be able to start shipping those the end of this month, with the exception of the binders (those will take longer). So if you've emailed us, we will continue to be in direct contact with you via email. We appreciate your patience while we needed some time to gather supplies.

On to something fun and NOT Project Life related ... : )

Just wanted to share what we did for our daughter's 4th birthday party a few months ago. Claire and I are fans of the book, Pinkalicious. Super cute story. And all about pink, so what's not to love about that? Anyway, it became a natural theme for the gathering.

Invited a few friends, requested that they arrive in pink (of course, right!?), read the story to them ...

Served pinkalicious cupcakes with pinkalicious (strawberry) ice cream ...

Played a few games and sent everyone home with a pinkalicious bag of goodies.

Her party really was a pretty simple and quite memorable event for the birthday girl. Just yesterday, Claire asked if her next party could be Purplicious.

video on setting up your project life album

I have to come back to Project Life for a minute because I know many of you will be interested & SO thankful for this.

Lately I've been having frequent thoughts about how I need to clone myself. I'm pretty sure most of you know that feeling. So much to do and yet, you can only do so much. Since cloning isn't an option, I'm pretty sure this is the next best thing. Someone did something that I've been meaning to do but can't seem to get around to it.

Tammy Morales, you are AWESOME.

Tammy is a Scrapbook Coach (yes, there is such a thing) ... and out of her own enthusiasm for Project Life, she has created a video of setting up Project Life. I didn't ask her to do this and wasn't aware that she was even planning to do this.

Are you one of those people who just needs to see something explained? If you feel like you'd appreciate a little hand-holding, or even if you'd just like to watch someone put their Project Life album together ... click HERE to watch her 21-minute video.

Did I mention Tammy's awesomeness yet?

and the questions keep coming

First of all, yay to New Zealand and Canada for receiving their Project Life kits now! Welcome aboard!

You guys are bringing up some more good questions & comments. And my inbox is full of wonderful testimonials & pictures of you with your Project Life boxes. Thank you so much! Keep 'em coming (for those of you who are still receiving yours). projectlife@beckyhiggins.com.

On to your questions ...

Q: Thank you for your dedication to your customers...it is wonderful!! Maybe next time, do yourself a favor and don't release a kit over the Christmas holidays!! lol!

A: I promise you that if it were possible to make this happen any earlier, it would have gone that way. As a reminder, I resigned from my job at CK on September 15, 2009 (blog announcement found here). We got the LLC set up, started working on the design of the product with the graphic designer, made all the arrangements to have the kits manufactured, fulfilled, etc. ... all within two months. It's a miracle that these kits have arrived to your homes this early. Really. This was a crazy-fast turn-around. So yes, I will obviously be releasing this at a much more ideal time as we move forward with Project Life and other potential kits.

---

Q: PLEASE make a school kit??

A: Of course I would love to do this. It's part of the plan. I'm glad so many of you are enjoying the one I did a couple years ago. And since some of you are asking about the availability of that kit, it sold out quickly and is no longer available. But if/when I do a school kit, you know it'll be even better than the last time. : )

---

Q: I can tell you and your hubby are very involved in the "business," is your hubby still working? Isn't he a dentist, doctor, or something? Just wondering.

A: Yep, David is still doing his regular work as a full-time anesthesiologist. He's just as much devoted to the Becky Higgins business as I am. He believes in what I'm doing. As busy as life is right now, this has been such a great opportunity for the two of us to work together. Something we've never done before, and now I can't imagine it any other way.

---

Q: Some of the journaling cards have numbers on them, some of them don't. Does it matter where or how I use the different cards? Was the numbering just a design element?

A: Yep, just a design element. But the fun part is that if it happens to work out once in a while, you can circle the date on your journaling card. Like this.

---

Q: How are the title cards & journaling cards supposed to work as far as placement?

A: There is no rhyme or rhythm. Just choose whatever title card you want each time you start a new layout. Same for the journaling blocks. Choose whatever card suits your mood that day. If you feel like you NEED a system (okay, so that would be me) ... just get all the "like" cards and put them in piles. For example, you'll have 10 piles of title cards because there are 10 designs. Then just grab one from each pile and create some repeated pattern to your liking. That's what I have done.

---

Q: What font is used in the Project Life design?

A: News Gothic.

---

I don't know about you, but I could use a little blog break from Project Life. Love, love, LOVING Project Life but miss, miss, MISSING "regular" blogging too. So the next time I post, it'll be about something NOT Project-Life-ish.

---

Added note: Jessica Turner (a fellow Project Lifer) has posted her first in a new series called "Project Life Tuesday" on her blog. Everyone is welcome to take a peek and even participate if you want. Go HERE. Always great to see what others are doing with their books.

back from "vacation"

You would have probably never guessed that I was working from Mexico last week. We've been planning for months now to go to a friend's wedding in Puerto Vallarta. As we got closer to the time, we realized it wasn't exactly the best time to leave home. But we wouldn't miss it for the world. So the kiddos were safely at home and our work accompanied us to Puerto Vallarta.

Ahhh ... the life of running a business. (Many of you understand this life, first-hand.)

Every blog post, every customer service email addressed, every bit of communication and trouble-shooting that was going on behind the scenes ... I share this with you for one reason: We care. David and I care to make things go as smoothly as possible for our customers. With everyone receiving their Project Life kits now, this was not the time to "take a break from emails". So we didn't.

Even with many hours spent on the computer, we did enjoy our time there. Lovely wedding, fun people, beautiful landscape ... and we didn't have to cook or clean a thing. Now that's a vacation.

I enjoyed taking some zero-pressure pictures at the wedding. Just for fun. Pictures from a different perspective, that the wedding photographer would not be able to get. I wouldn't want that job. Too stressful. But I wouldn't mind being the "back-up photographer" ... a lot less pressure.

I'm reminded of a friend whose business it is to photograph weddings and she is simply amazing. Hi, Melanie! You can see her fine work here. I always love a good photographer's website, don't you? Eye candy.

(Question for myself: Why on earth am I talking about other jobs I would have? Like I have time to even think about that nonsense.)

Moving on.

The only item of "Project Life business" that I'm addressing in this post is regarding the title page/last page of the project and the designer cards in the kit. When you click on the Project Life page, you'll see "(16) designer cards for title page and back page of the album" listed among the kit contents. Clarification: This means (8) 4x6 cards and (8) 3x4 cards. So before you email me to report missing cards, please look at this picture.

These are the (16) designer cards you should have. And this is the way we intended for you to put together your title page & last page of the album. (However, scroll down for other creative ideas on creating the title page.)

friday update

1. Some happy customers are asking if I will repeat Project Life every year. The plan is YES, that I will continue bringing Project Life back every year with product improvements and design updates each time.

2. I'm also getting a lot of questions about selling the page protectors separately. YEP. Also in the plan. Not available tomorrow, but working on making that happen. You know this is the place to come for all of my product updates. If you haven't already done so, I recommend clicking on one of the cute buttons to the right. If you sign up for my eBlast newsletter or follow me on Facebook or Twitter, you'll be notified as soon as I have any updates.

3. Here's another title page idea from another fellow Project Lifer. She put one of those 12" x 12" sheets of designer cardstock in the kit to good use. Thanks for sharing, Carolyn!

4. Shipping update for those of you in the 2nd batch of orders that went out this week: I told you to expect an email confirmation from FedEx on Tuesday. We were informed that's when all products would be shipped. The shipper informed us last night (two days later) that those orders were actually not shipped until Thursday. We understand your frustration. We assure you that this is incredibly frustrating to us as well.

The reason for the delay? Our warehouse shipper only received half of the FedEx labels on Tuesday, so in order to prevent errors in shipment, the rest of the labels arrived Wednesday and everything was confirmed to be accurate at that time, which lead to the packages actually delivering to FedEx on Thursday. On one hand, I'm glad they didn't rush. The last thing we all want is messed up orders.

So ... while I wish that we were notified about the delay earlier, the bottom line is that your Project Life order has left the warehouse. You have probably received or will be receiving a shipping confirmation email from FedEx (except if your shipping address is in Canada, a PO box or an APO address). If you don't see it be sure to check your spam/junk folder of your email. Be sure you're checking the email account you put on your order. Please use that tracking number to track your package at fedex.com. That is the best source of information on the status of your shipment.

We are grateful for so many of you being understanding and patient through this process. I will reiterate that these shipping issues (and for SO many other reasons) are exactly why we're fulfilling the rest of our inventory at Amazon. It should save all of us these hassles in the future. As for Amazon, we will continue to update you on the timing of that availability. It's going to probably be another 10 days or so.

5. I will remind you that I can not help you with your specific issue from a comment left on my blog. Email customerservice@beckyhiggins.com if you have a question about your specific order.

6. I realize so many of you are awaiting the arrival of your kits and they will be arriving soon (yippee!). It's not too late to send your picture, if you're interested in sharing. Email projectlife@beckyhiggins.com if you want to share a picture of you with your Project Life kit, or to share a testimonial.

thursday update

Hello fine Project Lifers ... and any & all friends popping onto my blog today. : )

Staying in touch with a few quick notes today:

1. The monthly bookmarks in the Project Life kit have a thin protective layer on them. These are meant to be peeled off. Like this.

PS - I'm borrowing this picture from something I posted on my blog a year ago, so it's NOT a part of the Project Life kit. But the peeling off the plastic thing ... same idea.

2. If you want to implement "regular" 12" x 12" or even 8.5" x 11" page protectors in this album, go for it. The rings are situated so that you can do that with most standard page protectors.

3. New Zealand & Australia customers: You will soon be receiving your orders! My understanding is that those will begin shipping to you from Wellington this week.

4. Yes, the digital Project Life and the availability of the original Project Life kit on Amazon.com are still coming. We are working hard to make both of these dates as soon as possible, but need to be sure all the details are fine-tuned and in place.

wednesday update

Tara, a fellow Project-Lifer (Project-Lifette? Project-Lifite? No. Project-Lifer is good.) ... Okay, so TARA did this awesome title page and I wanted to share it with you. Thanks for the inspiration Tara!

1. We are totally working on an online forum for sharing Project Life ideas. Thanks for your patience. It's coming. : )

2. Email customerservice@beckyhiggins.com if you have a question about your specific order.

3. Email projectlife@beckyhiggins.com if you want to share a picture of you with your Project Life kit, or to share a testimonial.

4. A very warm thank-you for all the amazing, kind emails coming in so far. Doing our best to stay on top of customer service emails first but want you to know how much we appreciate your emails too, and how much we're enjoying seeing all of your delighted faces.

sharing the enthusiasm

First, a visual update of where I'm starting to notice more Project Life deliveries in a few more states today -- MONDAY.

It sounds like some of you are taking a picture when Project Life is delivered to you. Just for fun ... send me a picture of you holding your Project Life kit (doesn't matter if it's still in the box or not). I'm going to do something fun with those pictures.

Likewise ... If you want to email a brief testimonial about Project Life, drop me an email. By sending me a picture and/or testimonial, you're giving me permission to potentially use it on the website.

I'd love to hear from you. Send your photos and testimonials to projectlife@beckyhiggins.com.

Day 1, 2010.

Hello, 2010. Goodbye Christmas decorations.

Admittedly, I love taking them down just as much as I love putting them up. The house always feels sooo clean and open and organized again. But there is one decoration that stays up. My favorite decoration. The Christmas cards linger for a couple extra weeks ... or months ... depending on my mood.

I love seeing friends & family plastered all over the wall. Seriously. Know what else I love? The fact that we (it was a family effort, even if I did 99% of the work) just completed the challenge of taking a picture every single day in 2009. So did many of you. Yay, us! The kids have been looking back at the pictures a lot lately and I'm just so grateful that we have this book. The story-telling is more accurate, more telling, more revealing, and more interesting than any other scrapbooking I've ever done in my life.

And way less stressful.

Go, Project Life!

Amazon timing

Some of you have already brought in the New Year. Hello, 2010!

A couple more notes for today:

1. Tracking the delivery of Project Life kits is kind of like tracking Santa on Christmas Eve! So in the spirit of anticipation, the latest is that Nevada is now beginning to receive their orders.

2. I'm getting a handful of questions about when Project Life will be available for purchase again. If you're just tuning in to my blog, you'll see more about this if you scroll down. The bottom line is that we do not have an exact date yet. We are not sure how long it will take to get our inventory moved over to Amazon, but we are hopeful it's just a couple of weeks. If you want to be notified of when the kits are available for purchase again, I would strongly suggest that you click on one of those pretty little buttons to the right. Follow me on Twitter or Facebook or sign up for my eBlast newsletter. Then you're guaranteed to be notified the minute it happens.

new years eve update

Your wonderful support & enthusiasm continues to pour in. And I thank you. Again and again.

Some updates, tips, items of business for today:

1. Many of you in Washington state have received your Project Life orders. I am now seeing that the deliveries are reaching into California, Oregon, and Idaho. Woo hoo for you!

2. Some of you are visiting my website and blog for the first time because you have received your Project Life kit. Welcome! Right now my blog posts are fairly heavy with Project Life type of updates because that's the BIG thing going on right now for my brand. But feel free to browse through past posts. I will soon be getting back to more of other stuff that I enjoy blogging about: Ideas for home, organization, photography, parties, parenting, gift-giving, school projects, decorating, scrapbooking, recipes ... all sorts of good stuff. If I had to sum up my blog in one word, it would be SHARE. I like sharing.

3. For the record, I love blogging about Project Life. If I didn't love this concept so much, I would have probably kept my job as a scrapbooking magazine contributing editor. If I didn't believe in this concept so much, I certainly wouldn't go through all the hard work and lost sleep to make it happen.

4. For those of you just chiming in, check out my blog post here (Dec. 3) if you're interested in "meeting" the fine folks behind Project Life.

5. Yes, I am promised that the Project Life kit components are acid-free. No, I would not recommend putting stickers (any stickers) directly on your photographs. Maybe it's just me. But I wouldn't.

6. Getting started with Project Life. If you go here, you will notice the "Getting Started" tab. Click on that for all sorts of ideas on starting out your project. Actually, I recommend to anyone doing Project Life, to revisit the PL page and click on the "Tips" and "Inspiration" tabs too.

7. For those of you interested in taking the picture-a-day approach with Project Life, I'll share the way I am starting my personal Project Life: Because I'm doing Sunday-to-Saturday weeks in my book, I am beginning my 2010 book on the Sunday before January 1st. That would be December 27th. As in 4 days ago.

You certainly do not have to do it this way. You can start in January 1st. You can start in the middle of the year. It doesn't matter (that's the beauty of Project Life's flexibility!). But if you fall in the category of wanting to start with 4 days ago and you're thinking, "Becky, why didn't you give us the heads-up on this idea before Sunday came & went?" ... I have been truly buried in customer service & fulfillment logistics & working on the digital Project Life, so I promise it wasn't intentional neglect. : )

Moving on.

Want to start your Project Life on the Sunday four days ago? EASY. You don't need to go back and re-create any events. Your POTD (picture of the day) can be "events" on some days, sure. But the POTD can also be just what's around you. Your surroundings. A still-life shot of something in your house or something that you see every day driving to work or whatever. ANYthing.

So if you want to "go back" and start on Sunday and take a picture to represent the past few days ... the first few days of your 2010 Project Life ... here are some completely random ideas to get your wheels spinning:

your computer (complete with post-it notes)
the view from your driver seat in the car
the pile of dishes ... or laundry
inside your refrigerator
your tootbrush
a favorite room in the house
a pile or closet or landscaping project awaiting your attention
a sentimental piece of jewelry
the bikes in the garage
the street sign on the corner of your neighborhood
local grocery store, gas pump, bank, fast-food joint
your feet - the shoes you're wearing today
your phone
a display of pictures on your wall
your backyard
your handwritten list of New Years resolutions

I know some of these seem silly and even boring, but think about it. Think about these "things" 20 or 40 years ago and what they would have looked like. Things change. This Project Life is your time capsule. It's all important. Nothing's boring.

This place -- my blog -- will be a good place to check in once in a while (better yet, on a regular basis!) for photo ideas throughout the year.

Now, since most of you do not have your kit yet, all you need to do is keep your POTDs in a folder somewhere on your computer and jot down a note or two so you don't forget what you want to write each day. Keep your notes in a document on your computer, on a notepad, wherever. So when you get your kit, you can just add your prints and write on the first handful of journaling cards and then carry on from there.

first orders are being received!

First of all, the GREAT NEWS today is that some of you are already receiving your Project Life orders! When you receive your kit, feel free to drop a comment and let me know that it arrived ... hopefully safe & sound. And PLEASE tell me that everything in the kit looks alright. : ) The first recipients are in Washington state and since I'm in Arizona, my estimated delivery day is Saturday.

(Yes, I ordered one just like everyone else. Wanted to experience the whole process from placing the order to having FedEx deliver the box to my front door.)

As for the FedEx email confirmation issue, I've learned that this did not happen for every single order. A lot of orders, yes, but not every single one. I realize it's an incredibly busy time for FedEx and what's done is done, but I still am frustrated that it happened at all. The latest from FedEx is that they cannot regenerate email notifications with the correct tracking numbers. If they reran the file, it would generate new tracking numbers, so the data would be incorrect when sent out in the customer email. FedEx apologizes for the error.

As I said yesterday, everyone should still be receiving their correct order and in the end, that's really what matters.

One more note for now: I appreciate you guys so much. You're the best customers ever. Many of you have taken time to post comments and send emails that are very supportive and encouraging. I truly feel your enthusiasm, not only for the Project Life kit, but for my little entrepreneurial endeavors. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey. If I could go back a few months, I would not change a thing. I would still resign from CK, still give up the life as an employee, and still start a business with David.

The journey continues. I'll be in touch again soon.

FedEx confirmation email errors.

Oh brother. Are you kidding me? It would just be too good for things to go smoothly, right? (Insert my pouty stomp on the ground.)

So here's the deal. I will start with the bad news. Many of you are starting to receive confirmation emails from FedEx now. Fabulous. Or not. Since the confirmation is for someone else's order. We are working on getting to the bottom of this as quickly as we can. We don't understand how the email addresses were shifted in the spreadsheet of orders/shipments when FedEx printed the labels. Of course we are very disappointed that this error has been made.

Moving on to the good news. In looking through the orders, it appears that they are all being processed properly. Everyone is on track to receive their correct order. In the end, that's the important part.

What's lame is that you're receiving confirmation emails for someone else's order in the meantime. We apologize that this has happened. Rest assured that no one else is getting your credit card information or full address. Just so you know, we can't even access your credit card information ourselves. We are not taking this lightly. We were meticulous in handing off a very accurate list and are trying to figure out if/how/when FedEx can correct the error. We appreciate your patience. Ideally everyone will receive new emails from FedEx for the proper order. Your order.

Moving on.

We have been notified that Canadian orders (going in a bulk shipment through Vancouver) and orders going to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses (shipping USPS instead of FedEx) are a day or two delayed. But they're coming.

We have also been notified that some of the orders that had more than one kit, are broken into 2 separate shipments. Two FedEx tracking numbers. You're still getting all your kits, but one might arrive a day before the other kit(s). This doesn't apply to every order with multiple kits, but some. (Again, I'm disappointed that this happened at all.) So if you ordered more than one kit and you get 2 confirmation emails from FedEx, that's why.

And furthermore ...

Let me clarify the Amazon plan. Becky Higgins LLC is going to continue selling Project Life kits. Instead of ordering through Google Checkout and having all this shipping craziness, we are contracting with Amazon to fulfill our orders.

Wonder why we're shifting the remaining Project Life inventory to Amazon? Let me ask in another way: Is it any wonder that we would want to let Amazon take over on the fulfillment of our inventory? Should I limit our reasons to a Top 10 list?

Seriously. Seriously.

I need some chocolate. I am going to sleep (and eat) a whole lot better when you all receive your kits safe & sound.

Project Life in the house

The warehouse, that is.

Know what that is? That's my picture of the day for yesterday. I didn't take those pictures. The shipper did. How cool is that? He snapped a few pictures when the container arrived, filled to the brim with your Project Life kits. I'm pretty sure he's not used to clients requesting a snapshot of warehouse activity. Not so sure he really gets us "scrapbookers" and how pictures are so important to us, but he was kind enough to take these pictures for me. Super nice. And so I thought you might have fun seeing how your kits are looking at the moment.

Speaking of your kits ...

For those of you in the first batch with your kits shipping TODAY ... I mentioned that you can expect a FedEx shipping confirmation email when your product ships. UPDATE: Even though your kits are leaving the warehouse today, the actual email from FedEx may not actually get to your inbox until tomorrow (Wednesday).

This is important for you to understand because if you're expecting a FedEx email today and you don't see one, then you might email me to check on your order. And if a lot of you do that, that means I'll have a ton of emails to take care of tonight which means less time with my kiddos. See what I mean? : )

Thank you.

keeping you in the loop

I genuinely hope that you have been enjoying this holiday season. As a fun side note, that felt nativity from my last post is from Finland. My folks picked that up for us at a Christmas market there. Isn't my mom the cutest?

As another side note, I love that my parents have totally been doing what many of you have done in 2009 and many of you are going to do in 2010. Taking a picture a day. Every day. Go cute parents!

Speaking of Project Life ... I believe that honest and straightforward communication is important, both in personal relationships and business relationships. I can't stand it when businesses tip-toe around the truth or try to hide what's really going on. Agree?

Out of respect for you, as many of you are Project Life customers, I want to keep you updated as best I can. So for today, take note on a few items of business:

1. Shipment of Project Life. The first batch of Project Life kits on their way to arrive at the warehouse today. There is a lot of work to do in getting everything labeled and bundled (since many of you ordered more than 1 kit) and ready. We are being told that all of these Batch 1 orders will ship tomorrow, TUESDAY. We are also being told that FedEx will be sending an email to you once your order has shipped. So we are still on-track with that. If you're not sure if your order is part of the 1st or 2nd batch, scroll down to the 12.22 post.

2. Digital update. We have been working on the digital version of Project Life, as you know, but due to the holidays and everyone being pulled in a lot of directions, we are a little off-track for the timing of this launch. I thought we were still looking good to have this ready by January 1st but as it turns out ... that's mission impossible. It's looking like another week or two. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I'll reiterate what I've said before: You can totally get started on Project Life WITHOUT the kit. Whether you're planning to do this with the physical kit or the digital version, stay tuned because I'll focus on that in tomorrow's post. No one's allowed to stress. I promise you'll be okay. : )

3. Project Life fulfillment transition. Now that we are processing those first couple batches of orders, we are making arrangements to move the remaining inventory to Amazon so that we can sell the rest of the kits there. In the end, this is better for you and for us. It's a much simpler way to do business.

What this means is that we're going to have a couple weeks (roughly) of transition time where we are not able to actually take orders. So ... if you are thinking of placing an order for Project Life or you know someone who is thinking about it, and you don't want your ordering ability to be stalled a couple weeks, PLACE YOUR ORDER TODAY. Starting at 12:00 midnight tonight (EST), you will not be able to place an order. Like I said, this will last about a couple weeks during the inventory transition and then it will be available for purchase again.

For those of you who have placed an order this past month and for anyone who will place an order through today (Monday 12.28), your orders are scheduled to ship early next week.

ordered project life? PLEASE READ.

If you have placed an order for Project Life and are interested in the status of your order, please note that all orders placed between 11/13/09 - 12/15/09 (from the day it launched through TODAY) are scheduled to ship by December 29, 2009. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

It's getting so close. Yippee!

winners & shipping update

Happy New Week! These are our randomly chosen winners:

1. Paige (Birmingham, AL)
2. Misty (Temecula, CA)
3. Jenny (Kalamazoo, MI)

And a bonus ... a kit for a military family: Stephanie (APO, AE)

Congratulations, ladies! Send an email to customerservice@beckyhiggins.com. Include your full shipping address & phone number and we will send you a Project Life kit.

For these winners and for ALL of you who have placed an order, or who are about to place an order ... here is the timing update: If everything goes as planned, Project Life should arrive in the warehouse and begin shipping on Dec. 28-29. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your product has shipped (remember to check your junk or spam folders, just in case it goes there).

NOTE: If you have not yet placed your Project Life order, but you want to be included in the first bulk shipment, you must place your order by Tuesday, December 15. Any orders placed after that will be shipped shortly thereafter. But ... you know you want to be among the very first (*wink*).

I will address a few more questions that you have about Project Life, including sharing more information about the digital version, very soon. We've had quite the whirlwind of activity around here lately. I helped with a baby's funeral that was yesterday and a dear friend just passed away (cancer) that same day so we're helping with another funeral for this coming Saturday. And I threw a baby shower for a friend who is about to welcome a new baby girl into this world. Oh, and Claire was sick with croup on top of it all. It's such a bitter-sweet time. Counting my blessings.

I promise I'm not ignoring your questions. I will be sharing sample Project Life layouts as well.

say hello & a project life update

First of all, a Project Life update: If you are a U.S. customer and tried to place an order in the last couple of days, you noticed the shopping cart was temporarily unavailable. Everyone's orders are safe & sound. Please note that the shopping cart is available again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

WE HAVE NOT SOLD OUT. Happy Project Life ordering!

You guys. Seriously. Thank you so very much for your Project Life orders! Incredibly exciting to see so many of you enthusiastic about this movement of preserving pictures & stories in a much simpler format. So many of you who are so ready to let go of the "creative pressure" that happens with traditional scrapbooking. So many of you who are seeing this as something you want to share with others who need a solution too.

Speaking of sharing ... my fanatical spray-painting post the other day took up so much room on my blog that it quickly shoved an important post out of the way. In case you missed it, it's worth repeating. Because I know many of you would love to give the gift of Project Life this holiday season, but you know that the kits will not quite arrive in time ... I have a solution.

Download this picture. Print this picture. Put it in an envelope or box or picture frame. Put it under the tree.

Sharing this in 2 sizes. Take your pick.

4" x 6":

5" x 7":

Now ...

I would like to introduce you to a few lovely people. Say hello to the folks who helped bring Project Life to ... well, life.

Say hello to Lori Whitlock.

Gorgeous, isn't she? Lori is the graphic designer behind most of the products that I've developed over the past couple of years. Most importantly, she is the graphic designer behind Project Life. She is so good at taking my sketches & rambling descriptions & ideas and turning it into actual, real design. She is responsible for the look & feel of Project Life. And you can find Lori blogging here: lorilynnwhitlock.blogspot.com

--

Say hello to Andrew Allgaier.

Andrew is witty & charming & smart & entrepreneurial & sharp & attentive & creative all wrapped into one. He is my youngest brother (can you tell I'm a proud big sister?) and the genius behind my web site. Like Lori, he is so great with interpreting what I see in my mind's eyes and making magical things happen in web land. He built this site that you're looking at now. And he's helping a lot of other clients build their sites, their companies, and most importantly - their brands. You can find him @ andrewallgaier.com and follow him on Twitter here.

And for your half-time entertainment ... Andy & me back in the day:

--

Say hello to Taylor Shupe.

A family friend for many, many years (I knew him when he was a little punk) Taylor is now all grown-up and a business smarty pants. Without Taylor, there would be no Project Life. He is responsible for getting these kits manufactured, as he is the liaison between us and the folks in the factory. (You should hear him speak Mandarin!) He is running a successful business called Isis Dei (you've gotta check out their funky laptop sleeves & accessories) and Taylor is also helping other clients grow their businesses with his mad production & product management skills. More information on that found @ impcor.com.

--

Honorable Mention: Say hello to Kevin Allgaier (a.k.a. my "techie" brother)

So everything I said about Andrew holds true for Kevin. Seriously. I come from a crazy-talented family. All 5 of my brothers are just so darn smart in their respective fields. And Kevin's field is information systems. Technology is not only his work but his play. He's obsessive ... um, I mean ... passionate about technology. More than anyone I know. So the reason for this honorable mention? Kevin was the final push for me (us) to get our first digital SLR camera in 2002. Kevin was the main influence for me (us) to get our first Mac computer a couple years later. Kevin has taught me a LOT. About technology and life. Oh, and he did that awesome video tutorial found in the "Free Holiday Cards" section HERE. He's on the web @ kevinallgaier.com and on Twitter here.

Thanks for letting me gush a little about these fine people. I'm just so proud to work with them & learn from them. And I'm so grateful for their invaluable contributions to Project Life. Without them, Project Life would not have happened as quickly as it has.

give the gift of Project Life

Gift-giving is on most of our minds right now. I'd like to offer a suggestion, or rather, a shameless plug. : )

Project Life is an awesome gift. Why such awesome-ness? Because it's a solution. It saves time. It's the non-scrapbookers' way to create a scrapbook without scrapbooking. It's the scrapbookers' way of getting back on track to do something with their photos instead of letting months and years go by, feeling "behind" and guilty. And ... it's the right price.

The actual Project Life kit will not be under anyone's Christmas tree this coming month. It's simply not possible. BUT. It'll arrive just a little after. I'm pretty sure that the recipient(s) of your choice will still be stoked to know that Project Life will be arriving at their front door a week or two later.

So this is what you can do: Print this picture and put it in an envelope or wrap it up in a small package. Print this JPG just like you would print any digital picture, whether on your regular printer, a photo printer, or at a photo-printing shop. Here's a 4" x 6" and a 5" x 7" so you can choose your print size.

4" x 6":

5" x 7":

Hope this helps with your holiday shopping. Go HERE for all Project Life details & ordering.

There is a ton of information about the product on that page, but I know there will be a few more questions some of you will have. I invite your questions (comment on this post) and so I will be posting again later today, addressing those questions.

In the meantime, go have a look. Tell your friends. And don't forget to download your free holiday card downloads while you're here.

pre-launch chit-chat

Can I just tell you how excited I am that you're so excited? Thank you for your advanced enthusiasm about PROJECT LIFE. Here's the scoop. We've been working so hard on getting everything perfect for you. The product itself, as well as the process in ordering the product.

That said, we are in the final stages of wrapping up several details in order to launch PROJECT LIFE soon. Soon could mean tomorrow. It could mean a couple more days. We want to make sure everything is just perfect. I want to also answer a burning question on many of your minds: Will this PROJECT LIFE concept be available in digital format?

YES. More details to come of course, but you should know that we are working on developing the digital product as well.

Now let's talk about those holiday cards, shall we? I mentioned that I have a solution for you. This solution will be a free downloadable holiday card. Five designs to choose from in 2 different sizes. You'll be able to use any photo editing software to drop your digital picture in the card. Here's a sneak preview:

So when can you get your hands on this freebie? As soon as we launch PROJECT LIFE. What are you obligated to do in order to get the free downloads? Nothing. Just wanted to help you out & alleviate some stress from the holiday season. You will soon be able to check that off your to-do list. That sounds pretty merry to me. : )

So. Some exciting things happening around here. As always, stay tuned.

just what we all needed

Women need women. I am so grateful for the influence of such remarkable women in my life. Older, younger, near and far. I am surrounded by amazing people. This weekend, 10 of us gathered from 5 different states, crashed Karolyn's house, did some serious bargain shopping, made a bazillion necklaces for our daughters (you're seeing a fraction of the completed ones), painted, mod-podged, sewed, ate, talked, and decided sleep was unnecessary for the weekend.

I'm exhausted and yet totally rejuvenated. I am ready to be a better wife & mother & homemaker. And ... speaking of ready ... I'm getting ready to launch PROJECT LIFE. Yes, I'll be telling you more. Yes, you'll be seeing the full product. Yes, I'll have video to tell you about it. Yes, it will be available to purchase. Yes, it will all be right here at beckyhiggins.com.

Stay tuned.

PROJECT LIFE

That's it. That's what my new product is called.

PROJECT LIFE is the perfect solution for preserving your pictures and anecdotes and stories without all the time & money that traditional scrapbooking requires. PROJECT LIFE is for those who can keep up with taking a picture every day (I personally love this way of recording my family's life) ... and ... it's perfect for those who say that's just too much. It's just too hard to keep up with that pace. There is total & complete flexibility with PROJECT LIFE.

That's why I'm so stoked about this product. I am so excited to share more with you. It's in production as I write this and we're just around the corner from making it available for purchase.

Think about people in your life who need a solution like this. Think about your friend who loves the idea of scrapbooking but feels completely overwhelmed in getting started. Think about your sister-in-law who used to be into scrapbooking but the expense and time just became too overwhelming. Think about your neighbor who has thousands of pictures on her computer but none of them are "out" to be enjoyed.

Think about these people and send them a link to my blog. I'm about to add complete PROJECT LIFE information here on my web site.
