Are your products acid-free and archival? We request that the factory make everything acid-free and archival safe in the Project Life kit. So while we don't have extensive testing on our end, the factory did confirm with us that they honored that request for all items that will your photos will be touching (namely the page protectors and paper items). The binder isn't acid-free but it doesn't touch your pictures. Will there be a new version of Project Life each year?Yes, we plan to continue releasing new designs each year. The 2012 designs are expected to release in Fall 2011. I'm looking for Project Life inspiration. Where can I find some ideas?
Check out the Videos section of the website. Some of the very best inspiration comes from others who are using Project Life just like you. There is a Project Life Community hosted at Big Picture Classes. Join the Project Life Community for free. Becky shares life documenting inspiration & picture-taking ideas on a regular basis via Facebook & Twitter. If you're not already getting her feed, start today. (The information is the same. Be sure to tell us your name & where you live. What if Project Life sells out or is already sold out?Due to manufacturing and other logistics, we will not be printing any more Original (red), Turquoise, and Amber editions of Project Life, nor will we print more of the Turquoise or Amber binders. How do I order Project Life if I live outside of the U.S.?New Zealand customers - order hereAustralia customers - order hereFinland customers - order hereCanada and all other countries - order hereUK & Europe customers - We are currently working on arrangements for fulfillment & distribution out of the UK, which will lower shipping costs. As details are worked out, we will pass the information on to readers on Becky's Blog, twitter, and facebook. We expect this to be in place before any new Becky Higgins products are released in 2011. Keep in mind that the digital version of Project Life is also available and that ships internationally when you're ready to print your book. Check it out here. I purchased a Becky Higgins product from your international distributor (either in New Zealand or Canada) but I have a problem with my order.Because you purchased something from them, they are the ones that can help you with this. For New Zealand and Australian customers, click here. For Canadian and all other international customers, click here. Why don't you have distributors in Australia? We have an exclusive arrangement with Craft House in New Zealand. Their prices with shipping to Australia reflect what it would cost with an Australian distributor. The following outlines why it makes sense to distribute from New Zealand:
Why don't you sell your products on Amazon.ca (Canada)?Canadian Amazon does not work the same as the Amazon in the U.S. They only provide warehousing & fulfillment for books & other media. For our products, Amazon.ca would only be able to provide payment processing. Our distributor in Canada, Scrapbooker's Inner Circle, is able to provide everything, including warehousing & fulfillment. Why are your products more expensive outside the U.S.?Our customer base is largest in the U.S. (by a large margin), so we are able to save based on quantities of scale. The U.S. does not charge import fees for these types of products. Canada, New Zealand, and Australia do charge import fees/ taxes per product. We also save on shipping from the manufacturer by shipping full containers. We work hard with our international distributors to offer you the best price possible for our products. I'm interested in buying Becky's past books or products that she did when she was with Creating Keepsakes.Becky wrote several books and developed a handful of scrapbooking kits as an employee of Creating Keepsakes but is no longer with that company since creating her own company in Fall 2009. CK has sold out of most of Becky's books and kits. You can try Google search to see if you can find any of her books for sale online. What do I do if I notice a defect with one of Becky's Creating Keepsakes products?Since you purchased that from Creating Keepsakes, you need to contact them directly. CK Product Customer Service800.876.1822 (U.S. toll-free) What is the best way to get the most frequent updates on Becky's idea-sharing and products?Hello, social media. I signed up for eBlast. When will I get the next newsletter? Thanks for signing up! First of all, be sure to add customerservice@beckyhiggins.com to your address book so that the email newsletters from Becky don't go to your spam folder. We don't send them on a frequent and regular basis, just so you know. We don't want to inundate anyone's inbox so eBlasts are sent whenever there is a reason to notify our readers and customers about something big (like a new product or big news). If you want to hear from her more often, her blog has frequent updates and you can also follow her on Twitter or Facebook.
