Lindsay Teague Moreno
I was born + raised... born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, raised in Phoenix, Arizona and currently living in Reno, Nevada.
My family now consists of my superstud husband, Michael and our 3 daughters. We have 3-year-old identical twins named Teagan and Boston and a 1-year-old baby named Kennedy. I'd say we're a good mix of hectic, crazy, snuggly, princessy and loud.
The way I use Project Life is to document our family in a way that is no hassle, no pressure, quick, easy and most of all, fun to look at again and again. My project life book is our family legacy. It's a good one...one worth remembering.
To me, documenting life starts with great pictures of the everyday; the kinds of things that don't even seem picture-worthy, like my girls first thing in the morning with messy hair or what we ate for dinner. Follow that up with the kind of journaling that tells the stories behind the "normal" pictures and you've got a piece of our real lives. Documenting life isn't about the perfect, it's about the imperfect... glorious, real, unique, imperfect, us.
Three things on my bucket list are:
- Go to the Summer Olympics (as a spectator, clearly)
- See the Dallas Cowboys in the Superbowl
- Put my girls through Christian school until they graduate.
Cultivating a good life means purposefully working to create meaningful and important experiences. For me that means, operating closer to my full potential and striving to live the life that God has laid out for me. It also means accepting the unhappy parts of my life and realizing that these low moments are what make the good times so breathtakingly amazing.
