I am making this tonight and I’m wondering the same thing, do I add milk to the soup and then put it in the crock pot?

I have this at home cooking in the crock pot for the first time. I couldnt remember the recipe but did add the pork chops one can of cream of chicken soup and packet of ranch. However I also added 1 can of water. Now its going to be soup? Help
